First time I’ve been there 2nd time for my wife but menu changed since she’s been. We ordered cheese fries with bacon bacon was scared to show up to the fry party. Fries were good tho. We also ordered carnivore flat bread pizza which was actually fantastic. Very crispy, toppings were ok. Server was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Be willing to try dinner menu.

If you’re in Greenville and you haven’t checked out Kickback Jack’s yet, you’re missing out. My date and I went there last weekend looking for a good meal and some strong drinks, and it totally hit the spot.
Let’s just get straight to the main event: the Trash Can cocktail. You have to try this thing, at least once. I’m not even entirely sure what’s in it (I think like, five different liquors and some Blue Curaçao?), but it comes out looking like a party in a glass. The best part is they literally bring it out with the full can of energy drink still sitting in the top of the glass. It’s sweet, it’s potent, and it definitely lives up to its name. Consider yourself warned!
We started with the Jack’s Chip Trio to share, and it was the perfect call. You get a massive basket of fresh, hot tortilla chips served with three dips: classic salsa, this super smooth and spicy queso, and the real star of the show, the buffalo chicken dip. That dip was legitimately incredible creamy, packed with flavor, and with just the right amount of kick. We were practically fighting over the last scoop.
The vibe in there is exactly what you want for a casual hangout. Big TVs everywhere for the game, music playing, and the staff were all really friendly and on top of things.
All in all, it was a solid 10/10 experience. Great food, strong, fun drinks, and a cool atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Ordered the grilled wings and they were horrible. I go to different locations across the east coast due to work travel and normally they have some type of char or firmer texture but these were a warm slimy mess. There wasn’t even enough sauce on them to kinda cover it up. Needless to say they went in the trash, I’m not the type to send food back but these were by far the worst I’ve had from kickbacks. It seemed more of a texture like they were boiled. And they had a strong like chicken scent if you know what I mean. Not sure if the kitchen was overwhelmed but there’s gotta be some quality standards. They look a little more shiny in the pics because like I said it’s like they were boiled but you can see what I mean. Do better! I really come to kickbacks because they normally don’t miss.

Where do I even start. Me and my group of coworkers came to eat here tonight. Our waitress Emma in the beginning was honestly very nice and everyone got along very nicely. Then when the food comes out, they brought a plate out that wasn’t ours and so when no one at the table said it was there’s, this blonde waitress (not our original waitress) goes “Did you guys forget what you ordered already?”. No. We did not forget what we ordered and her saying that was absolutely insane. It was so rude and condescending. Then our entire table was clearly upset by this and after that our own waitress developed an attitude for the rest of the night and stopped checking on us until it came down to the bill.
Next I’m going to talk about the food. So minus the dish that was brought out and not ours, she also got my food front, which she admittedly did promptly correct but when i got it, it was a chicken Caesar salad that was supposed to have cheese and croutons in it. I had no cheese, and there was MAYBE 4 croutons in it. Also every single person after they started eating noticed how suspiciously sweet ALL of the sauces were, the caesar was sweet, the ranch was sweet, and it tasted horrible. Finally, all of the food was not good, I don’t think but maybe one or two of us actually finished our plates.
I will NEVER eat here ever again, their customer service is horrible and the food was horrible. They should be shut down.

I have never been to Kickback Jack’s, but I have seen them in my journeys around North Carolina and even Tennessee. We have one somewhat close to our house, and I noticed that they have a selection of entrees that are $10.29 from 3 pm to 6 pm Mondays through Thursdays. We decided to try that. We came on a Wednesday and they had a sign saying that Fish and Chips were $10.99 on Wednesdays. We were seated immediately, and our server was Morgan, who was very attentive and communicative! They also have fountain drinks, and the price is pretty reasonable ($2.09) for a fountain drink at a restaurant. The cups are big, and you do not need a refill because they provide a large serving. My sister ordered the chicken cajun alfredo pasta, I ordered the chicken tenders platter, and my partner ordered the greens n’ grille salad. For the early dine, I was not sure if I could make substitutions, but I do not eat coleslaw. Morgan asked if I wanted the sides that it came with, and I asked for broccoli instead of coleslaw, and was happy to find at the end that there was no upcharge on my meal. My partner got his salad with ranch, and they gave him two cups of ranch, which I thought was a generous portion for a salad. The chicken cajun alfredo pasta was really good! I had a bite and it had a nice zing to it. I really liked my chicken tenders. They were lightly breaded and were very juicy. The french fries it comes with reminded me somewhat of Five Guys fries, which I love, so I was happy with those, too. The ranch was delicious. I had a bite of the salad and liked that as well. Everything was really good, and prices were incredibly reasonable for eating out at a sit-down place. I would definitely come back.

We went with friends and few weeks ago. It was the first time for my wife and I. It could have been an off night for the kitchen. I got chopped steak, mash and green beans (never saw the green beans)..what I did get was good though. Our waitress could have been a little more attentive as they were not very busy. We still left her a good tip. Will go back again.

I’m visiting family here in NC and I was surprised with the lack of stars for this restaurant! The chili is absolutely amazing!!! The grilled shrimp skewers were perfectly cooked and flavorful. Best shrimp I’ve had this whole trip. The chicken tenders were juicy and the baked beans were like a little taste of home (Kansas) with its sweet and tangy sauce and added pork and beef. More like cowboy beans, but delicious regardless of what they’re called. The hamburger was cooked exactly how I asked, not over or under. Well done kickback jacks and team! Would definitely recommend.

Mia was purchased server, she was great. The food came out quickly and was well made. The cajun pasta had just a bit of a bite and good flavor or. The ribs fell off the bone with a good sauce. Cheese curds were good with a nice Chipotle ranch with just a little heat to it. The grilled ribs were also very good. They were cooked just right.

I like kickback jacks, I do not like this location. The first time my boyfriend and I tried to eat here, we were sat in. Our server never came. We waited 10 minutes, we got up and left.
We tried a second time, we were seated and our waitress, came out quickly. The food was not great though. We both got burgers and they didn’t even fill the whole bun. They were over seasoned and very salty, the buns were burnt, the tomato was about an inch thick and didn’t cover the sandwich, the fries were short stubby and burnt. The whole meal just screamed lazy on the part of the kitchen. Our server was great and we know that the quality of the food is not her fault.
