Used to come here often, everything was great. Great food, service, atmosphere. Recently, (February ’26) my wife and I went here for dinner and the food was horrible, staff was lazy, and there was hardly any fresh food.
My wife left no tip, and a random waitress (that didn’t even serve us) came over to take her card and then demanded a tip from my wife, aggressively pointing at the receipt. After my wife verbally declined, the waitress stormed off yelling something in a different language whilst pointing back at our table. (presumably about the tip)
This left both my wife and I in a very uncomfortable setting and we didnt even finish our plates before walking out of the establishment.
I don’t recommend this restaurant, there are far better ones in the area.

I went here with my family tonight. I really love this buffet so I wanted to leave a review. First off, there’s a little shop when u enter which I love, and there’s a fountain with bamboo. U check in, then they lead u to a table and ask what drinks you would like. Once u put ur stuff down, u can go get something to eat. There are a BUNCH of options.

I haven’t been there in years but it’s definitely went downhill for sure!! Food was cold, dry or bland (no flavor) Also the place was dirty and bathrooms were gross !! My family definitely won’t be back!!

As close to perfection as a buffet restaurant can be…only negative in my opinion is that the food isn’t as hot as I like, but everything else is beyond my satisfaction….in fact best food I have ever eaten and I mean EVERYTHING ❗️

Since covid its become important to me that restaurants are clean. Im not saying this establishment isn’t clean, but the staff needs to take care of wiping the items on the table that are used or not used by each party after they leave a booth. The soy sauce dispenser was thickly crusted by drips and I could just imagine how many finger prints were on the bottle. I started to clean it off with a napkin, but just decided not to use it at all.

Graces buffet is a nice place for small get together’s and such but the food is never very good, its usually cold seems like you have to go at just the right time to have a warm plate. Their waitresses are nice considering it being a buffet so it isnt terrible but not the first place I’d choose either.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner. It was absolutely packed and I decided to get 2 plates so I wouldn’t have to deal with the rush of people..
Well, the food looked like it sat there since lunch rush.. mushy, oily chicken, their pork was mainly fat. Their fried rice wasn’t cooked all way (the rice was undercooked), mushy green beans, which they brought fresh ones out and just dumped them on the old wrinkly ones..
I understand buffets are more quantity than quality.. but, not to the point where its inedible.
My boyfriend only had one plate due to the poor quality of the food. I didnt even eat half of my food, yet the server came over and gave me two fortune cookies and my boyfriend one, which made me feel like I was being called fat.
I won’t be going back, and I definitely won’t be recommending.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Not only was the buffet cold and nothing was edible. The soda tasted like sparkling water. They had absolutely horrible staff instead of asking if the food was okay once they seen it wasn’t touched they asked are you ready to leave. Would not recommend at all. When McDonald’s tastes like a 5 star restaurant compared to this place you know it’s bad.

Horrible really absolutely horrible. Couldn’t even think of how horrible it was compared to the pictures and I went during peak busy time where they should’ve been having all kinds of fresh food out and I guess it was fresh but it was gross. Even the soda pop tasted funny just bad ingredients, not fully cooked thingsjust horrible.
