Food was warm. Not hot. I can live with very warm food but fresh means hot . The Men’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting . Cigarette Smoke in the bathroom and dirt all over the floor and some on the sink. I prefer to wash my hands before I eat but this time I decided to skip it . The Wait for food was not that long and Staff is mildly pleasant . Overall not 5 stars. Great attitude , clean building and hot food is what people coming to fast food expect from an establishment that serves food .

I’ve had multiple issues at this location, especially during the night shift. Tonight was another bad experience. I tried to use a valid promotion code from the app, but the employee entered the wrong code and still charged me full price. When I attempted to explain the situation, the night shift manager was extremely rude, walked away, and left me talking without any acknowledgment.

This is not the first time this has happened. Employees frequently enter codes incorrectly, and because the McDonald’s app only allows promotions once every 15 minutes, customers are forced to wait due to staff mistakes. That is very frustrating and unfair.

On top of that, employees were distracted, on their phones, and having inappropriate conversations while working the drive-thru window. This lack of attention affects both customer service and order accuracy.

Management needs to ensure employees are properly trained, attentive, and respectful. Customers should not be ignored or treated poorly, especially when the issue is error.. I just left this location February 28 2026 -9:21 PM

I go through the drive thru and as usual when i order at night they only give me ketchup on my sandwich so i send it back because im not making the mistake of driving off again so i all if they can actually make my food the way it comes and they literally put one pickle on it and the fattest scoop of onions when i called to have it fixed they told me i have to come now or tomorrow or they can’t do anything but i literally live in mulberry and work in plant city so its not simple for me to just come on their time we get to work realized they only put ketchup on my boyfriends sandwich as well and didn’t give him sauce i have yet to come here at night and my order be right

Went in today to try the big Arch for myself after all the hype. Mine had neither fresh nor crunchy onions, a sprinkling of lettuce strips and a dime sized splash of the orange sauce. Lots of pickles which I happened to pull and cheesy. I wound up with a cheesy double quarter pounder for more money. It boils down to a lack of quality control since the restaurant was absolutely empty so it wasn’t a matter of busy hour or anything else.

I thought they were under construction inside. I guess they were going for an urban environment look. The restaurant is close to the high school. I had the new big arch sandwich. It was very good.

The place is quite clean, the employees are friendly, and the food is very good. The only problem on this McDonalds is the incredibly slow service during the night. Every time I come for the drive-thru at night (after 8:30 pm), it takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete the order. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or if they’re preparing the food fresh, but the customers’ dissatisfaction is evident.

Never have a problem with the food or workers themselves. But wait times are ridiculous. On multiple occasions i have waited over 20 minutes for a single order. Ive given up on waiting at curbside pickup since it feels like they don’t care how long it takes to get the food there. Ive sat there and watched cars knew weren’t in line when i got there go all the way around the drive through and get there food before i ever get mine. Not to sound like the drive through is efficient either. Today, i had an order for a nugget meal placed online. I was in that drive through for 30 minutes. After i’d finally gotten my food and driven away, i realized they gave me the wrong order. Sorry to the family who got mine while i got at least 3 peoples meals.
If youre ever in a rush, this is not the place, and i would not consider this “fast” food.

First time in here and even though it was busy Marty was leading the other employees and trying to make it happen for everyone waiting. I appreciate that and wanted to mention her. She’s killing it y’all!

McDonald’s on James Redman in Plant City!!! If I could rate a zero I would. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. I watched for about 20 minutes car after car that ordered after me go through drive thru getting food. I finally receive a message saying my order is heading out. After another 10 minutes and no food I head inside to find out what’s going on. The girl at the register before I even could finish what I was sayimg got an attitude and said we are really busy. My response was I ordered over 30 minutes ago and have watched car after car go through and get that food that ordered after me. She went to talk to said manager (Nicole) or whatever she is and never came back up front. Spoke to another nice girl who finally said we started you order but are waiting on your sandwiches. I then asked why it was taking so long but everyone on drive thru was getting their food. Nicole finally turns around and says we only have 3 people working back here with an attitude. My response was I should already have my food after waiting this long and watching people get their food after me. Nicole got rude again and said no and I said I have watch people pull up to order food and get theirs after I’ve waited 30 plus minutes. She didn’t like my response. After about 45 minutes I ask a girl at the front for a refund. Nicole turns around and says you have to get a refund in the App with an attitude. No where in the app did it offer me a chance to request a refund. So I ask if they can show me where and everyone’s response was we don’t know how to do that including Nicole. Who will not come up front and talk to me. She has all the other employees relaying her response to me. My husband finally says we aren’t leaving without a refund and the poor little girl up front doesn’t know what to do. We tell her it’s not her fault Nicole should be handling this situation. I ask if they can just make the food that it’s been over an hour now since order wa placed and we aren’t leaving without food if we can’t get a refund. Of course now Nicole is behind wall saying loud enough for everyone in there to hear her say if it wasn’t because I had kids I’d walk out right now. If that’s a manger she shouldn’t be one. She doesn’t know how to handle situations and has the people under her relaying everything because she isn’t woman enough to handle it herself. This is no way to run a business at all. I wasn’t the only one in that situation in there tonight either. I do have the Managers number of the restaurant and will be calling him or her as well!
