The food is very so ever rare made correctly, I live up the street and this is my go to mc Donald’s because I’m not driving any further for a Mcdoanlds, I’ve had soo many incorrect orders here and every time I let them know or go back for the correct order they either have attitude , look like they don’t wanna do their job, and avoid you to the fullest when you come to front counter, they then go to have you use the kiosk ( which chargers more some people don’t know that ) it’s so frustrating how they INSIST for the kiosk to be used. The ONLY time I EVER had fresh food here was I wanna say a month or two ago they had their higher ups inside their store and wow will I say they all of a sudden knew customer service, knew how to make a sausage mc muffin fresh with out burnt bread ( like they always do ) . Today I’m complaining because they forgot my 2 strawberry pies after placing the Big Mac bundle with this order. I come back after work, and they’re sold out now I’m left to wait till the next day. The ONLY person who ever looks like they enjoy what they do and give the greatest customer service here is Alex very kind, patient , greats with a smile, and always ask if I need anything else . HUGE HUGE HUGE thank you to him for always going above and beyond with his customer service. He deserves the recognition!

The person that took my order , if yiu dont like your job quit!!! As soon as I get ready to pay for my order i notice I was incorrect!! The cashier said well you have to get in line an re order, (why was i going to pay for an order that’s not mine?) so the she says oh I found your order , with foul attitude and rolling her eyes she says “ next time speak louder and clear because you sound like a child” wow seriously, so I get my order and and I notice that the food was incorrect again, I speak to MELODY “the manager “ she said that I should try to be nicer to the cashier and maybe I won’t get a bad order” seriously?? This. Was a shame! I lost my appetite… I left

I asked the girl who handed me my food for some ketchup and was gonna follow up with a sweet and sour as well when she cut my off with some attitude saying “check the bag” and closed the window i waited for the windows to open and ask for the sweet and sour she said nothing but rolled her eyes and went to get it when she came back with one that was punctured which seems like a nail imprint. Super unprofessional like I always say if you don’t like your job find a new one don’t take it out on everyone that’s enjoying life.

The staff at this one are the most incompetent set of staff i have ever encountered. Left in curbside 20+ mins while the drive thru cleared twice.
Walked in and low and behold my order is just sitting there, when I asked they said it was waiting on more food but proceeded to hand it to me. How was it waiting if he just handed it over… i don’t like the feeling of being lied to.

I agree with some of the reviews. The service here is bad. I’m an older gentleman. I simply asked to be helped at the counter. There was no way I even advised them. I do not like the kiosk. I want customer service well I guess that’s out the door now cause you’re trying to be cheap and not paying nobody. I recommend not to come to McDonald’s. It’s a bad experience and I’m gonna tell him my senior citizen friends not to come and they’re connected to businesses and I will make sure that everyone hears about

The food came out fast so if you need fast food, this McDonald’s is very effecient at keeping the line rolling. Didn’t get the chance to put in my rewards code. The electric signage is a little bit burned by the sun. Fries were delicious. My double cheeseburger was a lil drowned in sauce, but overall it was pretty good.

I have been to this place a lots of times really good, but the wait time is so much and there is this one employee named blanka she is really mean one time I asked for ketchup with my mom and blanka threw the ketchup in the bag with an attitude. Other people sometimes just say bad words and they don’t care if there is kids around and they are just laughing instead of doing their job.

Usually love McDonald’s and don’t expect the highest dinning experience since it is a high volume chain restaurant, but this was just nasty. My dad went through the drive through and ordered us food and found the paper that separates their patties inside his burger. Just nasty.

Refused to give all condiments that were ordered on the online order. Either they need to uphold their end and give what is ordered or they need to put a cap on how much you can order cause when you’re delivering food and you don’t have the right amount of stuff that they requested. It’s on you now not McDonald’s and that is not fair.

Absolutely terrible, the employees refuse to help you at the counter and make you use the kiosks which take a ridiculous amount of time to use and it freezes. Aside from the customer service, or lack of. The entire place was filthy. There was not a single clean table and I had to ask to get one cleaned. The floors were covered in spilled drinks and trash. Unfortunately this is every Mcdonalds I have been too in the past 6 months. This business has gone down hill. To top it, the prices have gone insanely high for terrible the food is. Will not be spending my money here any more.
