I’ve known these guys from West Palm Beach, for over 15 years. They have been frying chicken for over 15 years and they still got it! The food is always freash cooked to order, and flavorful! When I say the food is great I mean it. Wings were cooked to perfection, and the flavors dont miss! My new favorite chicken spot in Tampa hands down!

After eating at Tazz Takeout 3 separate times now, I can objectively say, they have the best food on Busch Blvd. Don’t let the fact that it’s tucked away in a Marathon gas station deter you. This place truly is a hidden gem! The food is tasty, well-portioned, affordable, and perfect for lunch or dinner. Add to that, the staff is truly humble, ALWAYS has a great attitude (unlike Taco Bell) and will treat you like a friend and not just a customer. 10/10 would recommend!!

As someone with food service experience this place is impressive. Everything is fresh, made to order, you can see them make it right in front of you and most importantly the kitchen is CLEAN! Thats how you really know they care. Ive had the chicken strips and fries (my favorite!), wraps, sandwiches, and subs, and they take such care with the ingredients and everything is so fresh and flavorful and the guys are so nice and helpful making suggestions on what might be better its one of my favorite places to stop by after work now.

This is one of not only the best Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had in my life. But the care and attention to detail is astounding. The quality of the food starts, Not only with the hoagie that they use. It’s the perfect bread has a nice chew it’s thick it’s savory, it is delicious. With the fresh vegetables and cheese. You will never be disappointed with any of their food. Not only is it good but you can stand there and watch them cook it right in front of you. Their kitchen is super clean and they are some of the nicest guys I have ever met . They go out of their way to make sure their food is seasoned marinated and cooked to order. You will never see them pull premade food out of a pan and put it in a microwave everything is fresh off the grill or out of the fryer . Freshness is an understatement when it comes to Taz. If you’re in Tampa and on Bush Boulevard And you’re hungry stop in to Taz and get yourself one of the best Philly’s in Tampa. They also have chicken wings, the biggest chicken strips you’ll ever see in your life. And the gizzards I can’t even explain how delicious the gizzards are. Prices are on point , they are super competitive when it comes to getting you the best food at the most reasonable cost. I never write reviews, but this place definitely deserves it. Come fill your belly and have a fantastic experience. Me and my girlfriend eat here all the time it is probably one of the best takeout restaurants I have been to. I have a culinary arts degree and I’ve worked in restaurants for over 20 years so I can tell you with 100% certainty that this is one of the finest cheesesteaks you’ll ever have. And the french fries are seasoned fries and Good Lord they are good. And they don’t skimp out on portion size . You will get everything that you pay for. You just have to give these guys a chance to prove to you everything I’ve said in this review. You will NOT be disappointed.

I was a little skeptical, being this is a gas station but it is worth the hype the food is made fresh to order, the owner was very nice and friendly definitely reassured me the food would taste great. No complaints at all the wings were fire so many flavors to choose from, fires were pretty regular a little salty. 8/10 will be back for sure. This spot is worth a try!
