We visited this location specifically to try the new cheese-loaded burger served on a skillet. The restaurant was not busy at all; there were only about five small tables and one large party, and the large party already had their food. Despite that, service was slow from the start. We were seated quickly and our server came by within about three minutes to take our drink order, but the drinks still took around five minutes to arrive.
We ordered an appetizer that did not come out for about 10 minutes. The server then stopped by to ask if we had received it yet, went to check, and came back with it about two minutes later. After finishing the appetizer, we waited another 25 minutes for our entrées. When the food finally arrived, the rice was dry and one of the dishes was missing some ingredients.
The server later asked if we wanted more drinks, and we said yes, but even after coming back to the table two more times, our refills never arrived. It was also uncomfortably cold in the restaurant, and it seems this has been an ongoing issue because there were two small heaters set up in the dining area. Overall, it was a disappointing experience given how slow and inconsistent the service was, especially when the restaurant was not busy.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite and had a great experience. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient, and our food came out fresh and hot. We ordered the 2 for $25 special wings as the appetizer and the new burger for our entrée and it was an excellent deal.

The food was cooked to order and it’s was served hot. It was delicious. The best part was our server Jordan. She was outstanding. She interacted with the kids. She brought extra pages to color and extra crayons. She brought the kids food out with the salads which was perfect. We never had to wait to get our drinks refilled. She was awesome. If you go eat here please ask for Jordan. She rocks!!!!

It was 12:22 on a Febuary 27, 2026. Horrible service. I walked in to pick an order. The black girl that prepping the food just looked at me in hopes somebody else will take the order. This server in the red shirt looks like she doesn’t know what she’s doing and is taking a phone order and completely passed me. Bartender looked at me and went back to the bar. I had to walk over to the bar and get the Bartender. He made the excuse that the order wasnt ready. But what if it was I would have wasted time because everybody was too busy.

I’m actually surprised that we left here and chose to leave a 5 star review because I’ve never had outstanding service at this location and the food was always just ok BUT LAST NIGHT WAS A GAME CHANGER! We sat for 30 min and nobody came to our table so after speaking to the manager, she ended up helping us get a server and we ended up with the best service we’ve ever had and honestly the best food we’ve ever had! We ended up getting this cheeseburger melt sandwich that you can dip in this amazing tomato basil, soup me and my 10 year-old son ate so much that we had to go home and go straight to bed The manager gave us both free full-size desserts, and totally made up for the wait.

I placed a delivery order. Won ton tacos, nachos and dessert. I got soggy wonton tacos, no dessert and TWO orders of nachos which were 90% chips. I have never had an issue in the past but this is not okay. On top of that doordash wont give a refund. 50.00 later.
