First off I would like to say thank you so much to the wait staff you took such good care of us. we came in on Monday 2/23, which was the day after the blizzard and the Hard Rock Cafe was one of the few restaurants that were open. there was very few waiters which makes sense because of the storm. but even the few of them they were so helpful, fast, and made sure we had what we needed. I got the chicken fajitas, and my grandmother got the salmon which were both so good and exceeded our expectations. and not to forget the huge brownie sundae which was huge and so good. i would definitely recommend if you are staying at foxwoods or visiting. i would definitely come here and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you again to the Wait Staff!!!

The wings were absolutely outstanding — smoky, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best things we tried. Definitely a must-order. The nachos were good, but a bit disappointing in terms of toppings — light on the cheese and extras, which made them feel a little skimpy compared to what Hard Rock usually delivers.
Service was friendly, and the space itself is impressive, with high ceilings and walls full of music history. Perfect spot for a casual night out, drinks, or watching sports. 30 mins wait was annoying when the place was half empty
Overall, worth visiting for the atmosphere and the wings alone — just hope they’re a little more generous on the nachos next time!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time ! First it started with the waitress taking almost 10 mins to greet our table (let me clarify the restaurant was not packed. I would say moderately busy at best.) When asked what we would like for drinks my son asked for a chocolate milk which we were informed that they don’t have ? Weird because a table across from us had three children sitting at it, two of which had chocolate milk. So my son politely picked a strawberry lemonade which then took another 20 mins to receive along with the water I ordered and the glass of wine my mother had been recommended to pair well with her dinner. A dinner that caused a 45 min wait for the rest of us to receive our dinner only to find out that it wasn’t even supposed to be offered as a dinner option. To make a really long review short, the dinner was not as expected, and when asked to speak with the manager, it took asking the server twice to send over the Manager to the table only for the manager to then argue with my mother about the dish that was not as described and the wait time along with the several mistakes made by the server during our course of the meal. After the Manager finally decided to take the dish off of our bill she then asked if we wanted a dessert for the trouble and we opted to take our dessert to go which it was supposed to be some sort of caramel chocolate holiday cheesecake and as you can see from the picture, we received a plain cheesecake with strawberries!! Throughly disappointed all the way around ! Definitely will end with these notes …. If you’ve got time to kill and want to be disappointed with your service and food this is the place for you !

Two of us ordered burgers which came very overcooked. The amount of fries provided were skimpy. Two of us had bloody Mary’s which neither of them liked. Bartender though was very helpful with my Unity Card.

The food was just ok. The nacho appetizer was pretty bland. I had the salmon with the Thai chili sauce and it was pretty good, the green beans were perfectly cooked and just needed some salt, the accompanying mashed potatoes were good. No one else at our table raved about their dishes. Wings were good! Pulled pork sandwich was nothing special. Kid’s meals were decent. My kids loved the dessert, they each had ice cream sundaes. Service was good overall but it took entirely too long to get our food. We visited on a Friday night, the restaurant did not seem busy at all and we were left waiting for 40+ minutes which can be challenging with a toddler and hungry kids. Next time I would go elsewhere when considering dinner options in the area.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Cendy was my server and the bartender. She was very friendly and paid attention to my order. She did a great job for me in addition to tending the bar and waiting several table as well. Hard rock has always prided itself with a unique atmosphere. I enjoyed a nice side salad and a Mac and cheese side. (Recommended by Cendy). A good choice. Nice job Cendy!!

A massive shoutout to Michelle—she was phenomenal! She makes a killer drink and her service is top-tier; she really made the experience memorable.
As for the food? The chicken sandwich is to die for. Seriously, if you’re on the fence, just order it. Crispy, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had. Great drinks, great music, and even better people. We’ll definitely be back!
