Had not had a Hardee’s meal in quite some time. My husband and I decided to go through the drive thru on the way home from STL. It was the best experience I’ve ever had. Desmond made sure my curly fries were fresh and the mustard was in the bag. I highly recommend this location.

My experience at the Hardee’s today for breakfast was excellent. The person who took my order was named Aidan He gave me 10 out of 10 service. My food came up fast hot and delicious. I recommend this place to everybody. Excellent breakfast.

I’ve been to this location three times. Two of the three visits have left me completely disappointed in the service. Justine was much nicer the first time I had an issue with my incorrect order. Today, not so much. I paid $10 for a large biscuit n gravy meal. I received the “two blueberry cinnamon rolls” meal . Now the cashier did her best to up sale a few items. I graciously declined. When I called to inform the store of the mistake, I was casually told, “Mistakes happen” . I asked the price of the blueberry cinnamon roll meal and was told that combination doesn’t exist.
Justine offered a refund if I brought the food back. I’ll take them these “cinnamon rolls” and half drunk coffee. My coworker ate the hash rounds because she needed to eat something so that she could take her medication. My issue is the consistent waste of my time and the little effort the staff puts into making sure SMALL orders are correct. Had I ordered $100 worth of food, I may be more understanding of this type of “mistake”. It was one $10 meal!!! It takes two seconds to cross check what’s in the box. Write BG or CR on top! SOMETHING! “Mistakes happen” is not an appropriate response from a business that has my money and expects me to drive BACK to the location with the food in order to get a refund. Lesson learned. This location won’t waste my time again .

First things first is the lady who took my order was very rude & rushed me to take my order. I’ve never been to this place. I ordered the candied bacon & they gave me greasy bacon. Be absolutely for real! I ordered a burrito & they loaded it with cheese. On top of that it’s COLD!! The wrong people are running the show. The worst 11 dollars I’ve spent in my life. 10/10 not worth it.

Arrived at 8am, traveling to Tn. Got a cold dry biscuits with cold cheese and egg. Not the normal expected from this chain. Windows were boarded up from a recent break on the front of the store. We were the only customers at that time.

Serious quality control issues at this location. I’ve had a number of issues but this one seems to be recurring.. I usually go to Hardee’s because I know exactly what to expect from my meal this hasn’t been my experience lately and it’s not much of an incentive to keep coming back.

I was very upset at the my food was cold. I was going to work trying to eat one of my breakfast sandwich and it wasn’t hot at all. I was very upset no I didn’t contact the store about it just this is the first time I had a very bad experience with this one. I will not be going back I’ll try another one somewhere else.
