Bless the managers heart. Decided to eat here with my grandmother after church service, never again. NO HOST and had to wait like 10 mins for a server to even seat us (as a person who’s worked as a Server I was astonished how bad the service was). Restaurant was half empty, yet it still took forever to get seated. Server didn’t even give us silverware, but it was given by whom I assume the manager was. The Server gave us our drinks and asked what we wanted to order. Order was placed and I thought the service would go by well afterwards. WRONG. There was a whole other server asking about our food, and which brought our food. Her attitude towards my grandmother was nasty, and she was Highkey passive aggressive. At the end of service I felt the server was trying to take advantage of my grandma for not knowing how to use the payment tablet almost forcing her to leave a tip she didn’t deserve. Luckily I was there to help her and give them the “tip” they deserve. My “tip” would be to find new servers. Never again.
Very busy Sunday. I placed order at 10:30 am. Checked at 11am then waited in very busy lobby until 12:05pm. A tall gentlemen couldn’t find my order in the system so a quick order was rushed with a glance at my phone. The rushed ordered wasn’t what I ordered missing components to make it the breakfast sandwich &hash browns with biscuits n gravy. I tried cancelling the order previously as they seemed really busy but to no prevail. I asked Sean to cancel the order and he asked me to do it. I had to explain that I placed the order online and I don’t have an account. The order wouldn’t allow me to cancel it and the email has no cancel features. The gentlemen said he’d have the manager take care of it. But if they can’t find my order in the system then how were they to refund me? So I called a few hours later. Sean said that he took care of it and hung up on me. Am I going to get an email, how many business days does that come back to my account? Not even an apology for not knowing what happened to my order. I had already had a rough day My Chihuahua lost her cancer fight earlier, so I know I was already a little agitated. But I left knowing that they were busy and then I’d have to deal with it later. So many questions, why wasn’t my order taken care of? How are you going to refund me if you don’t have my order in the system? And how many days do I need to wait to see it refunded to my account?
