We love chilis so much! The tripple dipper is always the way to go. Love sitting in the bar area. The booths are soo comfy. Our server, Conrad was amazing! Definitely will be coming back.

I don’t know the name of our server, but he was a genuinely kind dude and seemed very patient with us, a group of college students fresh off a choir concert. Thank you to the staff for tolerating us for 20 minutes longer than they should have, and thank you to our server especially for giving me a free eggroll that he “found” in the back because I was broke and all of my friends were eating. 10/10, bless you dude

I came in expecting chips and salsa… I left emotionally supported, perfectly hydrated, and questioning whether David secretly runs the place. This man didn’t just serve food — he orchestrated an experience. My drink never hit empty, my table stayed cleaner than my life choices, and somehow he appeared exactly when we said, “Should we get more…?” Like a fajita-summoning wizard.
At one point I’m pretty sure he teleported from another section just to ask if we needed napkins. David didn’t upsell — he “life-improved.” If Chili’s ever launches a VIP loyalty tier, it should just be called “Sit in David’s Section.”
Corporate, if you’re reading this: protect David at all costs. Give him a raise, a parking spot, and maybe his own theme music when he walks out with the sizzling skillet.
10/10 would return purely for the David Experience

We came to Chili’s tonight as a family. Myself my husband my mother and my 2 year old son. Upon being seated we were never asked if we needed a highchair. A few minutes after sitting down we realized we definitely needed one. After asking for one we were told we weren’t allowed to have one at the booth we were at. We were fine with that and said we were willing to move. The waitresses seemed a little annoyed while they asked the hostess where they could seat us. Overall the food was good but the service was terrible. Why would you make your customers feel bad for needing a high chair?

We had an awesome experience at Chili’s thanks to our server Delaney! The food and drinks were great, the service was fast, and everything came out exactly how we wanted. Delaney was friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit feel very enjoyable. Overall, a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Always one of our favorite places to eat! Always love the chips and salsa! Egg rolls and my husband is always down for a good burger! All staff working on Thursday afternoon were great. KC was our waiter. He was very polite, understanding and patient. My husband got a green tea shot and said it was amazing. Our son had white Mac and cheese and fruit! Thank you for the great service as always!

Ambience was good. Didn’ t get place in main dinning area and they are not accepting reservations. Food was good, serving was enough for one person per meal. Great meal, burger had a great search on them. Taylor our server was exceptional. Friendly, attentive and prompt. About $30 for the 2 of us. Big burgers, fries, chips and salsa and drinks, good value in today economy.

Food order was wrong and the two of us had our meals brought out piece by piece (fries came 10 minutes after the burgers). Our appetizers came out the same time as the entrees and they were rude when I told them to take them back and take them off my check because I didn’t want an app with my meal, I wanted it BEFORE (as if that’s a crazy ask). The dining room is seemingly never open. Server wasn’t friendly but to his credit, fixed our issues after flagging him down. Got the check and i’m glad I checked the details because the ticket was completely wrong and costed $23 more than it should have. Overall it just feels like an inconveinence going here despite living a mile away. The whole experience makes you feel like you’re being a burden on the staff so my solution is to just not come here anymore. Problem solved

We shared a big meal and causes were not great. Chicken was chewy and was given water 1x in beginning before meal. My stomach was cramping when I got in car and both of us felt horrible. Prices were high . Hostesses didn’t know what they were doing and barely said anything recognizable. There was people in line but it took 10 min to figure out where to put us. Not going back. That is what I said 5 years ago.
