We had an incredible experience at Lucille’s BBQ, and while the food was delicious, the service from Ciara was truly top-notch! Everything we ordered was spot on, the fried pickles were so yummy, the brisket was tender and flavorful, and the fried shrimp was perfectly cooked. What really made the night worth every penny was Ciara’s creativity; she actually went out of her way to whip up a custom cocktail sauce for my fried shrimp, which completely elevated the meal. It’s rare to find that kind of initiative and hospitality! We are already planning our next visit and truly hope we get lucky enough to have Ciara as our server again.

I ordered takeout tonight, February 15, around 7:30/7:40 PM and did the pick-2 with beef ribs for both choices, plus added a third meat (beef ribs) for the additional $18. Thank you all so much for the extra!!!! I hope no one gets in trouble for it but we trulyyyyy appreciated it and it made us so happy!!!! Specially this is my favorite!!
The gentleman at the takeout booth was incredibly kind and professional, and also lady who came over as well (i believe she may be a manager) was wonderful too.

The bread and lemonade were good.
I ordered a two for you (one entree and one dessert) but was told since I selected the fried chicken I can get the entree, two sides, and the dessert. I was nervous because it sounded too good to be true. I selected the mash potatoes and mac n cheese. The gravy was horrible. The mash potatoes were cold in the middle. The mac and cheese were barely warm. I’m pregnant and was nervous to eat the sides. When the food was delivered, our table was warned they closed in five minutes so they needed to make my dessert. I said that was fine and ordered the chocolate cake. It took a while for the server to return so by the time I told him about my cold sides everyone at the table already finished and the dessert was in front of me. He apologized and said he would tell the kitchen. I assumed my total would be adjusted and I would be charged the two items I actually ate. It wasn’t. But I was ready to go. And my dessert looked they rushed and cut it. The other table near us ordered a similar dessert and what I received looking nothing like what they got. I get when restaurants are closing the kitchen rushes dishes but it really felt like my sides were microwaved but not long enough.
And the music was cool. But they turned it off soon after we got the five minute warning and we sat there uncomfortably quiet. I suggest turning it off after your last guest leaves.

Lucille’s at the Red Rock is usually one of my stops when I visit. Great BBQ, great service, good sides. They have pretty big portions which is great if you are hungry or want something to share. The deviled eggs and the BBQ nachos are great appetizers and you can’t go wrong with their pick 2 or 3 plate. St. Louis style ribs , tri-tip, and pulled pork are all favorites. They have a great Whiskey/Bourbon special on Wednesday where you can craft your own cocktail.

The rib is amazing. We had the St Louis stayle and it literally took us back to St Louis. The staff is so nice, thoughtful and attentive. But this is a casual dining smokehouse, so the atmosphere is friendly and casual as it should be.

I came here with a big group and had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and they handled our large party size meals. The food came out quickly, everything was fresh, hot and delicious, from the ribs to the tri-tip and all the classic sides. The family-style portions were perfect for sharing, and the atmosphere was great but comfortable. Definitely a great spot for big group gatherings or celebrations. We’ll absolutely be back!

Fantastic place! Every time I go here the experience gets better! We walked in around 7pm on a Friday night for a holiday weekend and we were seated within 5 minutes! There is a large laminated menu with so many great options to choose from!
They have a fantastic meal for two people that comes with biscuits crusted with sugar and served with apple butter, your choice of appetizer, 3 types of meat, 2 sides, and a dessert! We got the loaded fried green tomatoes, 1/3 rack of St Louis style ribs, tri tip, burnt ends, seasonal veggies, garlic mashed potatoes and a piece of chocolate butter cream cake! It was all so tasty! We weren’t able to finish it all and we’re able to have a box to go.
It was about $60 for two of us, however we were able to get it for $15 cheaper because of a coupon for Labor day! They have great deals! The service was great! They always checked on us! They also brought hot towels for us to clean our hands! Who else does that besides the best place?! We were able to get a tour of the smoker and how it operates!

My wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant while out for a movie, and it was our first time visiting. We were blown away by the generously large portions, perfect for sharing or satisfying a big appetite! The food was absolutely delicious, with a diverse menu offering plenty of tempting options to suit any taste. Our visit was quick due to our movie schedule, but we’re already looking forward to returning to explore more of the menu. Highly recommend!

Delicious dining stop on the way home from hiking! Loved the relaxed atmosphere, great menu and knowledge base of the server. He was positive, upbeat, quick, efficient, polite with the order, drink refills, separate checks (a TOTALcrowd pleaser for our group); and all the while managing a birthday party of 20 people next to us! Anyone in the hotel service industry knows that’s a “masters mark” of service.
My personal favorites of the experience were wolfing down the delicious garlic potatoes (as a light, practically vegan diner) and the waiter’s perfect suggestion of a dinner bowl filled to the brim with tasty garlic potatoes, diced fried chicken, cauliflower/carrot/whole string bean medley al dente. The basket of flaky biscuits with apple butter for everyone, and Lucille’s custom BBQ sauce to slather over BBQ entrees were great touches on the meal.
Our waiter, Oscar, had zero problem handling a few questions that stifle service in other establishments. Child’s portion menu? No problem. Separate checks? No problem. Refills? No problem. Offering a smaller dish on the main menu as an alternate to child’s portion? No problem. The manager came by our table to help present the meals, with another server.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a small portion BBQ dish to the menu, ala carte.
