I received a cheese stick order that came just like this photo. Only 2/3 of the cheese sticks were in there.
I’m disgusted to know someone touched my food and ate it but also so obviously. And I ordered directly through the papa John’s website not through a third party which is even worse because this was an employee of the company not a random delivery driver.

First time going to this Papa Johns. Only went for the new Doritos Papadia.
Pro: The Doritos Papadias were awesome. Steak and chicken, fully loaded.
Cons: Wait time was extended and took forever. Forgot the extra garlic sauce. For whatever reason, on one of the papadia orders, the Doritos ranch sauce cup had a squirt, compared to being filled. Others were waiting forever.
Overall: Papadias were great, but probably not using this location for future Papa Johns orders, unless I’m not really in a hurry…

Placed order for pizza and wings order was to be at my house in 35 mins called after 1 hour was told it’s on way another 30 mins was told it will be another 21 mins! Almost 2 hours a guy pulls up stands in street I have to walk to street with a broken ankle to get my very cold order! Will never order from them again!!!

really disappointing to spend my money here and be served trash. ordered an original pizza for delivery half cheese half pepperoni nothing crazy. the order was literally delivered in 10 minutes which was the first red flag. pizza was cold and old and was a thin crust. it’s extremely obvious that you just took an old pizza that was sitting out and put a few slices of pepperoni it. it’s really not that hard to make a fresh pizza and deliver quality food.

Usually order our pizzas from this store and they always turn out delicious. Although….. please cut the pizza! Wife and I have pizza night once per week and the past 5 weeks we’ve had to re-cut the pie ourselves… not a big deal but it’s Papa Johns quality I like and this store is not keeping it.

This is the store we normally order from and it is usually perfect. Today they prepared and delivered our food within 15-20 minutes, our food was hard, cold and tasted like it was old. I left feedback and the “General Manager” called me telling me I was wrong for leaving that feedback! He argued with me that they don’t give out old pizza. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. To say the least, I was pretty upset with not only our order, but how they handled the situation. Never ordering from there again.

I placed a phone order for delivery on Friday night. I had the man on the phone repeat the order to me, and all appeared correct. When the order arrived, it was made with regular sauce not bbq sauce and no onions or green peppers. Also, the garlic knots were burned and arrived with no cheese or marinara sauce. I called and they agreed to replace order. When the new order arrived the pizza was made correctly but, was burned to the point we just threw it away. Also they did not replace the burned garlic knots. I am not only very disappointed but, am out $35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
