He seems very dedicated since he drives from a not so close town to work shifts there. Great young customer service employee.
Last week we ordered a Dave’s dilemma, 1 order of boneless buffalo wings, and 1 order or boneless barbecue wings. To go.
When we got home we realized we had been given 1 order of dry bone-in wings, and 1 order of bone-in barbeque wings.
I’ve been eating here for 10+ years and this is the first mistake they have made. I will be back, but I will be checking my food before we leave.
I used to get the thick crust specialty bbq chicken pizza (no green peppers) but I tried the thin crust the last time (as its cheaper, to try to offset the bread sticks) and im reeeeallly glad I did bc I like it SO much better!
I also loved their pickle spears but they majorly raised the price so it’s 2 bucks per pickle!! And they buy in bulk so they claim not to know the brand( bc I’d buy them in a heartbeat lol)
The wings are ok, again raised the price and lowered the amt of wings…I tried the boneless type in regular, honey bbq, and Teriyaki, and prob tied between Teriyaki and plain. However, imo not worth the price
My friend likes thier specialty veggie with extra cheese, mushrooms and add green olives and she also liked the Canadian bacon, chicken alfredo, and the cordon Bleu pizza and for sandwiches liked the ham and Swiss sandwich. It’s her favorite pizza place as she has been going here since she was a little girl…
I grew up in the cities and so this is def not comparable to those…pizza luce is one of my favorites…Jets pizza in st Louis park is also really good…
For a tiny town and with pizza ranch gone for years, it’s between this and Caseys…so I’ll Def have to give them a try with Jake’s rasing their prices and just being meh.
The pizza wasn’t too greasy and the thin crust was to crunch we loved it!
The wings were also amazing- their tangy bbq has the perfect amount of spice to it!
The restaurant was not busy at all as there were perhaps three tables in use when we arrived. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes without a server greeting us. At that point we left and had dinner at the Plazita Mexican Restaurant.
I have patronized Jakes Pizza numerous times for well over 25 years, but I have never had such poor service from ANY restaurant in my lifetime. I will never return!
