I have a complicated diet and often have to substitute or make changes to menu items to accommodate my needs. Ava was AMAZING taking my order and helping me to be comfortable doing so. She relayed the order perfectly and Reuben cooked it to PERFECTION!! Will for sure be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone coming in to enjoy this restaurant and their wonderful staff!

Recently my husband and I went to this IHOP for breakfast. It was an important day for us because it was to commemorate the place we met for a meal after we were first introduced. We went into the restaurant the day before to request a certain table, and the manager Fernando agreed that he would save us that table for the next morning and he was true to his word. He knew that it was a special day for us and to our shock, he hand delivered a small vase of roses to our table. Totally unexpected and incredibly thoughtful!!
In addition to that kind gesture, our server was extremely attentive and provided us with excellent service. I wish I could remember her name.
Thank you Fernando, for not only making sure our request was well handled but also for the added surprise of the flowers. What a shining example of customer service and leadership for all that work with you!

Hi, I’m posting because I believe upper management needs to be aware of this. The food that was sent out was half burnt and tasted terrible. We would never ask for anything to be remade because we’re genuinely afraid of what might happen to our food if we did.
This feels like an everyday experience lately, and it’s extremely disappointing — especially when we’re spending an average of $50 each visit. We really need to do better.

My wife and I dined here for the first time. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by a staff member, who made a favorable first impression. Following seating, the receptionist informed us that our server would attend to us shortly, another positive aspect.
The service was exceptional and friendly. I found the food to be quite good, although my wife was disappointed with her pancake, which lacked fluffiness, possibly due to the cheese filling. She had ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes, which I would not recommend. Her preference is for traditional fluffy pancakes, but we simply ordered the wrong dish.
Nonetheless, I was impressed with the establishment, and the service, and plan to return.

My family used to love coming here, however there is one specific waitress here that has honestly made it hard for us to want to come back. The rest of the waitresses are great except for this one.
Essentially, we almost got automatically charged for 22% gratuity without even knowing (for a medium party of 4)
When we were paying via the handheld device, we were about to pay until we realized that 22% gratuity was automatically selected in the device. Don’t get me wrong; our family usually tips the standard 18-20% tip but this time, we didn’t even get to choose it. When we caught it; we asked the waitress if we could change the tip. the waitress but she just kept telling us to “just sign it” over and over again. It seemed like she selected the 22% tip option herself and wanted us to pay for it. When we wanted to change it, she was looking behind our shoulders the entire time which was very uncomfortable. In the end, at least we got to change the tip amount.
On the other side, the food was good as always, by the chefs.

food was great even my picky daughter thought the same but she said the orange juice was really disgusting for 5$ a glass i would’ve expected it to be better. services was ok first server never brought coffee creamer and left second server was much better overall very satisfied very military veteran friendly place

⛔️CAUTION — HORRIBLE hot liquid to-go cups ⚠️WATCH OUT for loose lids. Law suit waiting to happen. Cheaper to replace the lot than to keep because the cups have IHOP printed on them. May only need to replace with a better fitting lid. ⚠️⛔️

Honestly this place is kinda a gem in the middle of a random spot next to winco. I always forget how good the service is here until im driving somewhere on the weekend usualy thinking where is a good place to eat? Then see this place off the corner. Their still fairly good price and havent had any issues with their food ever. Which is a huge accomplishment compared to other resteraunts in this town. Can’t say the quality of some of the other places is always good or up to stuff. I think the last thing I got from here was blueberry pancakes on the side of a omelet meal. Usualy aim for egg whites and mushroom style omelets. Would sit down and dine in here more if I had family close by.

Good amount of parking on the exterior, easy accessibility. We went around noon and was really packed from the morning rush. Waited 10-15 mins to be seated. Table we were seated at was a little wet so were our utensils so that was a little gross. Our waiter greeted us quickly , we got our food pretty quick too. The soup was good but it was not hot when we received it, just warm. The food was hot though and was delicious. I ordered the chicken fajita omelet and surprisingly loved it. The French toast was fluffy and fruits taste fresh. After we finished eating the waiter dropped off our check and I never saw him again. I usually don’t care but needed a box so had to ask the cashier at the front, he was no help and I had to track our waiter down. Overall good experience.

Been here multiple times and usually get pretty good food and pretty good service too. My last visit here I was impressed by how everything was running smoothly and everything was clean and everyone working was busy hustling as it was a busy morning. Our server was attentive and great! Food was excellent and my French toast was almost 2 inches thick! No joke!!! I’ll continue to visit.
