I have not ate KFC in about 10 years. I went in today because of my kids hyping it up. So a young lady by the name of Skyler greeted me. Skyler has excellent customer service. She was so friendly,answered my questions and was very patient in me deciding what to order. Skyler and Ms. Vicki worked so well together getting food out and taking care of customers. Thank you ladies and also thank you to Christine for helping out also. The other manager Keisha never greeted me came up to retrieve a till and did not speak just had a stank look on her face. Did not assist with orders which I thought was not a good look as a manager but the other ladies did so well and I could tell they like working with each other. I had to leave a review because I probably will go back as long as Ms. Vicki,Skyler and Christine are there. Keisha should take some customer service skills from them.The food was okay and was better than the last time I tried it so I will try again. They seem to be trying to gain their customers back. Great job ladies!

Stop closing at 9pm! I drove through at 9:15pm today and y’all have the menu lights off and still answer the drive thru just to say you closed everything already. Goodluck staying open and having jobs. Then again if you’re working here at 9pm, you haven’t made good life choices. I’ll pray for y’all.

I’ve just got Bragg on this KFC. They never have enough employees but the ones that they do have Are the best they’re always so happy and so nice when I go through there, I went through there one day there was one lady in the whole store and I’ve never had such good service anywhere! For fast food, they definitely take the cake and this one in Defuniak! My food is always fresh and hot and I never have an issue with my order. I don’t leave many reviews, And I do they’re not good ones what is there today and customer service was on point as always my tenders and my famous bowl were perfect and I just want to thank the employees of KFC for being them! I know how hard it could be to work and the food industry and they are killing it!!

I would give a half star if I could this is what I received for $30 and the chicken strips looked like they hadn’t even been fried very much. I ordered original recipe and they weren’t even brown. The breading looks funny and does not taste like KFC do not go there. It’s not worth it. The place looks like it’s still lapide. The owner obviously doesn’t support his employees or clean up the place. I’ll try to put them in my air fryer and get them to be brown like original recipe shouldn’t be. Never again

This was the worst experience at KFC ever.
First off we ordered 2 big box items. (5 piece tenders with mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw, & a 3 piece with mash potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. We were the only one in the drive thru, no one was behind us or at the speaker. We were told to pull around to the front door. Why?
The coleslaw was the only thing that was good. Mash potatoes on both of our meals tastes like water, the tenders were old and tastes like rubber. We had to go back in because they forgot sauces and a couple biscuits. Food was just inedible. Never going back.

Placed my order at 3:51pm. Got here about 4:01, was told it would take 10 minutes. At 4:33 we finally got our order. We only ordered 3 sandwiches and 3 bowls. Should not have taken 40 minutes.

The wings I got were super hard which is dissapointing. I was told I had to wait 10 minutes which was completely fine it meant they were fresh however after sitting for nearly double that in the parking lot out front it was just really disappointing to find they were so hard.

Awful, terrible establishment. This is the most bottom of the barrel KFC I have EVER been to. The staff was one short due to a no-show, but they were polite and doing their best. They deserve better. No running AC, no running water in the male bathroom sinks, a broken side-door, and missing/dirty ceiling were a few of the issues I saw. Again, the staff was great, but service was slow, and conditions were awful.

Husband picked up dinner last night on the way home. They left items out so he had to go back to retrieve said items. The nuggets for the nugget combo has 2 or 3 good sized chicken bites then the rest are crumb pieces. The food was cold and totally a waste. Only good thing was the mashed potatoes until I came across the plastic in it, and I don’t even leave reviews like that, let alone bad ones unless truly necessary and the plastic was the reason. That was disgusting. In the picture I’m showing the plastic that was at the bottom of the potatoes. It was in my mouth .
