Service is terrible waiters walk with attitudes as if they don’t want to be there. My family and I ordered country fried steak and eggs, the gravy was just water I informed the waiter and her response was shocking enough. Her response “ I know” as if that made it even better. But they still keep serving this she even brought out what seemed like microwave beef gravy which was worst this location either needs new management or needs to be shut down. I will be informing the department of health this type of food service is unacceptable.

Didn’t appreciate the way my husband was treated yesterday when he got there he had told a young lady that he wanted a table for two instead two other couples walked in, and they gave it to them and ignored my husband. My husband did tell the young lady who has red and black braids in her hair she’s very skinny, kinda tall, and when my husband approached her, letting her know, I literally got ignored. She done says something on professionally to my husband oh, don’t shoot me what type of workers are they hiring very unprofessional and very immature. This location needs to do much better. Their services is lousy anyway.

I had a bad experience because I ordered strawberry pancakes and it was undercooked and I think it had insects in it. The waiter told me it seems like chocolate drops but I’m sure I’m seeing INSECTS with LEGS in the pic below and why wud I have chocolate in a strawberry pancake? That’s crazy. Please do better!!!

Had a blueberry pancake combo with bacon and sausage and my partner ordered a plain pankcake split decision with bacon and sausage. Sat immediately and saw plenty of people which made us feel comforted but immediately after had to sit and wait over half an hour for our simple order of food. Almost everything came luke warm. The best and most hot thing on my plate was the eggs. The blueberry pancakes were lukewarm with basically frozen Blueberries spread all over on top. The bacon we both received was thin and paper like. There’s so many better ihop options that wouldn’t serve you this . Won’t be coming back.
Edit: Also, an $100 charge on my card was hit from the walgreens across the street after i used my debit here to pay. Only purchase i made all day. I also think the total amount for what i paid was increased. a lot of audacity here in this ihop.

Our waiter was excellent, thorough, and patient. We received what I assumed to be was an old pot of coffee because my mom said it was too bitter and she couldn’t drink it. He had no problem making us a fresh pot, which tasted way better.
My mom enjoyed her food; pancakes, eggs, turkey sausages, and hashbrowns. I got the breakfast crepes. It was made well but lacked flavor because I had to season it myself.
The setup gives off cafeteria/lunchroom vibes, but other than that, we enjoyed the visit, although we were freezing the entire time.

I was at this location last week. A man named Noor who is the district manager was rude and dismissive to an employee. He didn’t even listen to what she had to say. However, I ordered a chicken quesadilla and the sour cream had mold in it. I requested my meal to be removed from the bill, because at this point I was already turned off.

Our waiter was Aliyah U. She was running around the whole diner with no help and truly was a good server. I give her a 10/10 for trying her best to attend to all her customers even while being understaffed and clearly overworked. She was doing the best with what she had and she was amazing. Truly helping everyone rushing back and forth out the kitchen and people were understanding. The manager I assume was horrible, she did nothing seeing how understaffed they were and when I went to pay my bill with her she had an unlit cigarette in her hand, how unprofessional and disgusting. She was absolutely 0 help along with arguing with another waiter who was off the clock who was 0 help as well. I truly give grace to Aliyah who was wonderful. Hopefully management reads this and she does as well so she knows she deserves a better job and a better manager.

It’s good if you’re having a lazy morning and don’t want to cook breakfast but for the prices you’re better off just making it at home. I’m not so impressed with this location it’s not in a convenient area as far as finding parking. There’s also a lot of sketchy people that hang around outside. Upon entering this restaurant my family and I were slapped in the face with the smell of dirty mop water that lingered. It was displeasing. There were a few other tables filled so we decided to stay especially since we were hungry. Bathrooms were dingy and had no soap and cold water only ♀️ service could be better but it wasn’t bad.
