Worst McDonalds yet. Shabby interior, dirty and sticky, horrible service. Order took more than 30 minutes. Most menu items were no longer in stock. They gave me a small milkshake instead of a large because they ran out of strawberry ingredients and charged the same. They told me to wait an additional 20 minutes for my hot chocolate and forgot two large fries.
Do not go here, you’ll waste your time, patience, and risk health issues.

I never have a problem with the food here or the service both are good. The only issue is 7 out of the last 10 times here there milkshake machine is broken. And this is over a 6 month span, totally ridiculous. I have to get my food then drive 3 blocks to Burger King to get a milkshake.

This McDonald’s used to be my go to. However, the management in there now has changed drastically. Allowing certain people to take over the restaurant and run it down to the ground. They need an extra eye on them before they turn into one of the other no good locations. Fire the workers and start over, that’s an easy solution.

This is a no service McDonald you have to know how to use the computers to order. Once you’ve got past that and done your order, I do not recommend using the washrooms. Although ,they were just cleaned, countertops, mirrors, floors, toilet seats were filthy. Since I did not want to hover to poop and wanted to wipe. I had to ask for toilet tissue. The manager’s response is the other one has toilet tissue… But that seat was peed on. From now on, if I see that it is a self-service McDonald’s I’ll run the other way.
