We just pulled up 12:20 AM. It’s says open till 2 AM. They were serving a person in the drive through when we pulled in. There was a truck blocking the entire drive through when we pulled around and he had just gotten out of his truck. The workers were letting him in through the back. The workers yelled out closed. Well I guess so! At that time of night traveling you sometimes need to go out of your way to get to a place so be turned away more than an hour and a half before close is disheartening.
It’s worth mentioning it doesn’t just say open till 2 AM on Google but right out the front of their building. I also just saw another person in another review complain of them closing even earlier. Beware if you want something reliable at night.

Cute playset to distract you while you wait. 2 employees on the prep-line, 1 with gloves the other without. Both using cellphones. Empty restaurant, 20+min wait.

When did yall start putting mustard on a whopper without asking for mustard. Not to mention I had to wait 10 mins for 1 burger, if I would have brought it back to be remade bc I hate mustard it would have took 10 more mins. Also yall put brown welped lettuce on my whopper. Very disappointed especially paying $8 for a burger that’s not even made right and with rotten lettuce. This BK has always been slow and yall can’t even get the order right with fresh food. This was the worst drive through experience I have ever had. Took 45 minutes to get our food after waiting to order, getting the wrong order, and then finally getting our food. Wasn’t even dinner rush. Do not recommend .

Whoever runs this location needs to be fired. Ive never been to a fast food place so poorly run in my entire life. This BK is a complete embarrassment to the brandname and I have no idea how corporate hasnt cleaned shop here to protect their image, yes it really is that bad even for fast food. From ridiculous wait times with literally no one else there, to the absolute garbage quality of food the management puts out.
For an example. They microwaved my burgers last time i was here meaning they were day old leftovers, at least I hope they were only a day old. How do I know? They gave me one burger that was absolutely smoking hot. And i dont just mean the patty. The bread was too and the cheese was soup inside the wrapper. Ontop of that Ive been served burgers with the literal stem of lettuce ontop of the patty holding the bread like a full 3inches in the air and inedible. Or how about the onions that smell like they were cut a month ago and you could use as handcuffs? Like at that point its honestly just comical how bad they are. Like imagine asking a friend to make you the worst possible thing as a joke and you’ll understand what this BK serves on a regular basis.
To top it off this is a truck stop location just off of a major highway, yet the place is always a ghost town when it could easily be doing loads of business… How has corporate not put this place to pasture is a mystery to me or at minimum force a change in ownership/management.
This is one of the closest food places to my house and yet I gladly drive 6 miles further to the next Burger King if thats what I want.

I don’t think any employee here knows how to interact with another human being. Pulled up to the window and the girl didn’t say a word to me just stared at me until I told her I was here for a mobile order.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 plain sandwiches and just drove off. There is no one here in the drive thru either.

The play area was very clean and still in great condition. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall the food was good and fresh. Definitely will be back for the play area.

They’re located directly next to a truck stop & I was planning all day to eat dinner here after a long day of driving but I guess not. Google says they close at 2am but that’s inaccurate as it’s barely 9:30pm on a Friday night & they’ve already locked the lobby doors & started shutting down for the night. Disappointed but at least there’s still Subway at the truck stop.
