Super cool inside with an awesome back bar/ patio. Food was good. Ordered the Buffalo shrimp (delicious) a hot dog for my pup, fish taco wrap & battered fries. All very good. The fries were my favorite kind I’m a little fry-picky & not only were they battered they were skinny as well which made them super crunchy. Service was good & they had a wide selection of seltzers.

One of the worst places I’ve ever visited.
When first arriving the place seemed quite charming. Had someone outside playing music to a small crowd and the atmosphere was pleasant. Unfortunately we did not stay outside.
It was our first time there and we simply wanted a pit stop during our travels. Somewhere to unwind, have a drink, and do some gaming (slots). We approached the inner bar and asked if any drink specials were available. We were told that there are no specials and that all the drinks are low priced. Great! Can we start a tab?! (Yea, I know. My first mistake.)
Problems presented immediately. Primarily that there was not a bartender to be found for refills. Ok, they were busy… Right? Umm nope. Not at all this persisted for hours. During the course of the evening we had to seek out a bartender for service Every Single time. The real problem is that not only couldn’t we find them at the inside bar but they weren’t at the outside one either. The only reason we stayed is because we were invested into the machines. (Yep, our second mistake.)
I decided to drink draft beer. Always an economical choice. Right? This is when it gets worse. When it came time to pay the tab I was told the drafts cost $4 a piece. Huh? If you’re reading this you know that this bar is in a small town not downtown Chicago.
Furthermore I have a local tell me… ‘You should have got the bucket special. 5 beers for $10’. What?!? So I asked the bartender about this and I’m told that’s not a special. They do that every day. Ugh.
By the end of the ordeal we had dealt with 3 bartenders and they were all horrible. When asking for an owner/manager was told none were available. Asked if one could be called and was told they said ‘Sorry, nothing we can do about your experience’. Didn’t even want to talk to us about it.
Bottom line is to avoid this place. You’re not missing a thing.

The food was great, I got a grilled cheese and tater tots and holy moly it was incredible. Our waitress was also awesome, she was so nice and our small talk didn’t feel like small talk. My brother was with us and he was on leave from the military, we talked about that and I could tell her heart was really there. Overall great experience, got to Aly Anne’s if you want crazy good food.

This place is pretty cute. Much larger than one would expect. They have a small dining area with a small bar in one room, larger bar with gaming in another, as well as an outdoor area where I think there is another bar. The staff is very polite, the place is clean. I have only been there in the afternoon and the service was a bit slow. The pricing is good, great menu options.

Nice down to earth place, great place to bring the family to eat after a ball game, or if your looking to go out with some friends and enjoy your night, it’s a very nice place to have a good night and relax with friends and family!! Love the atmosphere and it’s a great small town vibe!

It’s a bar. Chilly, so not good for Granny. Lots of room to move around with wheelchair or walker. Bring her a sweater.
