This place was okay. They serve their own version of crostini with tomato’s – it was passable. The bread served hardened after it cooled down. The service was nice – our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We order the chicken Parmesan Romano – get this if u want it breaded. Otherwise it does not come breaded… . Also the side is a small dish of pasta. (Very small serving). Their tomato and basil sauce needs a bit more flavor , it tasted plain and vinegary. Overall, the food did its job but wasn’t impressed.

Food was fresh and good service. I probably wouldn’t order the calamari the next time. It was kind of bland. My pasta and other apps were Devine. The waitress was very attentive and quick with request. I will be returning to try more dishes as the menu has a variety of Italian options that look very delicious.

I had such a great experience at Bella’s Italian Cafe! The service was amazing from start to finish — the staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. The food was just as impressive, everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. You can tell they put real effort into both the dishes and the overall dining experience. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and recommend to anyone looking for delicious Italian food in Tampa!

Bella’s Italian Café is a wonderful spot in Tampa! The Margherita pizza was absolutely divine, the pesto pasta with grilled chicken was full of flavor, and the pollo piccata was perfectly prepared. The tiramisu was light and incredibly delicious—such a great way to end the meal. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location, friendly enough staff. Good food. My main complaint would be that our server took our last two slices of pizza and smashed them into a tiny container not meant for pizza. Literally folded them up and crammed them inside. WTH? I guess they can’t afford a box? 🙁

My wife and I tried to go to 2 different restaurants before we were able to land on this spot and we are so happy we did! We just found our new favorite Italian spot in tampa! The food is amazing, the drinks are amazing and Natalie is such an amazing waitress! She’s so knowledgeable and Her recommendations are amazing if you get her listen to her! We absolutely loved it and we’re so lucky to have Natalie as our waitress! Definitely coming again!! 20/10

This was the most delicious veal that I have had in over 20 years of traveling and dining. The only thing better was the service provided by the 24 year resterant service industry veteran, Andrew who’s warm welcome, sence of humor and felt like a lifelong friendship experience. This was my first time at Bella’s , the Kens veal, was lightly breaded, it was filled with rich flavor with an almost sweet accent. It was enough for 2 meals but I couldn’t stop eating it. Enjoyed a delicious lunch for the first time at Bellas. My wife and I ordered the Carpaccio, Bella Salad, and Pasta Fagioli. Everything was delicious, the service was great, as was the atmosphere, both inside and out (we enjoyed lunch outside). Can’t wait to come back and enjoy some of their brick oven pizza.

First time eating here and it was an absolute hit. They don’t take reservations so we decided to take our chances since the reviews were pretty good and I’m glad we did. We waited like 10mins for our table. Our server was amazing, very attentive and with such happy attitude. Our food came out at the perfect time, everything was delicious from the FORMAGGIO appetizer all the way to the LAVA CAKE and even a cappuccino. Food was very tasty, generous portions all made from scratch and reasonable prices. Didn’t get to have a cocktail but definitely will come back to try more things from their menu. Loved this little gem.
