I am Muslim, I ordered a turkey club without bacon since I don’t eat pork. I received a sandwich with bacon in it and when i came back and asked for a remake of the sandwich the second one had bacon on it as-well which i only found out after i bit into it.

Very bad customer service. I went there this morning and the lady over the speaker did not say good morning, the only thing she said was what can I get you! I then said Good morning hru? Then started with my order ( which was a coffee with cream and sugar) and someone completely different said “one sugar one cream” I dont know if she was asking me or telling me.. I told her I want cream and sugar instead of ASKING how many cream and sugars she is just saying one cream one sugar.. She then yells and said what do you want in your coffee! I then just pulled off. The customer service there STINKS!! I decided to go back there today after a year of not going due to their customer service! They NEVER have to worry about me going there EVER again! Im all about customer service. And that’s something they never had. Then when I call to speak to a manger the line just rings busy!!

I will No longer be going to this location. I’ve given them more than enough chances. Every time I go, the order is messed up and I have to correct them at the window. The people who work the drive through simply do not listen. And now the past few times I’ve been, my doughnuts have been ice cold. Not just room temp/not warm but actually cold. I know Tim Hortons uses par baked doughnuts and needs to finish cooking them in the ovens. I suspect they’re just letting them thaw and serving them that way.

Every time I go there they mess up my order. Drive through employees never nice. I said thank you today and she said yeah. I got home and my extra large coffee was a large. My three farmers wraps had no hash brown and they were so skinny. Starbucks here I come! I just noticed it’s been 7 months since they have had a good review!

Just went thru this drive thru. The employee was rude when taking my order. When I paid she wouldn’t reach out of the window to hand me the card which caused it to fall to the ground. I ordered iced tea and lemonade and she gave me two lemonades. When I asked for her to give me the tea, she “did” but as I drove away I realized she just out a little tea in my existing lemonade and let me go on my way. Employees are simply rude and lazy. Won’t come here again.

This is an exceptional Tim Hortons. The staff is courteous and efficient. I just went to another Tim Hortons and asked for a large order which they could not fulfill and had a serious attitude about as well. I pulled up to this Tim Hortons and they didn’t even question it. I received my order immediately with no qualms whatsoever. It explains why the parking lot in this Tim Hortons is full, and the other’s is empty even 15 minutes later as I drove by (at peak hours).
