Had dinner here tonight with my family of four and we have to say that we absolutely loved every bit of it! Hilaree, our waitress, was the best! She was attentive to our every need and made sure she checked on us very often. She got both of the kids ice cream with sprinkles after their dinner. She was awesome and definitely coming back and asking for her. Our food was absolutely delicious! We always come to this location for the service and the great tasting food. We will definitely be back! Hilaree deserves a raise!!

Candace was an amazing server and truly elevated our experience at PF Chang’s. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive. Our food and drinks came out perfectly, and we never felt rushed or forgotten. Visited for dinner for two. Had the mongolian beef and honey shrimp and orange chicken. Soooo good! Paula was our server and she was amazing! Great energy, service, and a smile. 🙂 Tara was friendly and took great care of us – checked on us a few times and had us laughing. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow. I can say after this visit for weekday lunch I will not plan on going back. My 16$ lunch meal portion was abysmal. I have added utensils and my hand size for reference. The meat was okay but the rice was either undercooked or not enough water added. Egg drop soup I didn’t enjoy either unfortunately. The staff was rather busy and we didn’t receive water refills after asking. 16$ for ~10 LITTLE PEICES OF MEAT. How is that possible???? Would recommend Panda Express 3 entree dish for 15$ over this all day.

Our first visit and we’ll definitely be going back! Michael our server was great making suggestions, friendly and attentive without being annoying. Love shared plates concept, that way you get to try everything without over eating. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts! We even had room for the desert flight. Pictured is the white cranberry cosmo, delicious!

We had a wonderful dining experience thanks to our server, Michelle. She was incredibly attentive from the moment we were seated—always checking in at the right times without being intrusive. Our drinks were refilled promptly, our orders were accurate, and she made sure everything came out just as requested.

The restaurant was not busy maybe every 3rd table had customers. It took well over an hour and a half for my wife and I to get our food despite multiple promises from our waitress that our food was only 1-2 minutes away. The waitress had lots of excuses but the one that stung the most was that the kitchen was running behind because of takeout orders. When the food finally came out it was barely warm and tased TERRIBLE like they fished it out of the toilet. It took an additional 15 minutes for the totally clueless “manager” to come out who was very clearly out of her element and way out of touch with how terrible her restaurant was being run. I would not recommend this horrible excuse for a nice restaurant.

715 waiting on manager with bill because I want to pay for what I owe.
Got a comp on the Mongolian beef and lo mein noodles that never came they package them to go after an hour of waiting
Review- cauliflower was heavily sauced veggies chopped to large bland flavor
Firecracker shrimp- flavor was off in a way rather bland not yummy
The beef and noodles- the noodles dry no flavor home made ramen $1 is better
The beef was hard dry not seasoned and fried hard. Reminds you of jerky in a bag.
I used to go a lot now every time I go in I regret it.
The manager said the to go orders were being fixed first and we had to wait till our tickets came up before our in house food was made.
