Always good. A seagull joined us for lunch, and a few other two legged, winged friends. Don’t worry, they were invited to the table. Initially they were a bit timid, but once they realized the offer was sincere they helped themselves with gusto. Free disposal for shrimp tails . The chicken noodle soup featured a plethora of vegetables and potatoes; perhaps one of the best I’ve ever had. The grilled fish and shrimp with pink rice and refried beans was a complete meal. Recommended. Service was perfect. Right by the water. It’s wonderful. The lemonade is homemade and delicious.

I been come to this place for 35 years. When he was operating out of small cart. Today I went with my sons to greet and enjoy our memories. The food was terrible, Oscar the host who told us I will bring you a large fish for 3 people brought us a small fish and over charged. We will never go to Flavio again.

Was on the fence based off previous reviews but so glad we decided to give this spot a chance. It was delicious, friendly service, and they even helped us park which was free also. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection! The salsa that comes with chips for the table is super good too! Used it to eat my fish with also! I’d definitely return for this exact meal again!!

As a frequent visitor to Puerto Peñasco, there is no place that you can get a better meal than Flavio’s. The view is absolutely incredible, the cook knows what he is doing, and the staff know how to keep pouring the drinks! You will have a great time and a very memorable dinner if you eat here. I highly recommend the fried full fish, it has to be one of the best fried fish you can get! Order it with a side of corn tortillas, and make fish tacos! The garlic butter fish is outstanding and one of my favorites, stuffed green peppers, they are to die for! The process are amazing compared to the rest of the Maricon, and you get a lot of food!

The food is very average. The iced tea tastes like mud. It is very loud, and you will be accosted by many vendors outside the restaurant and then inside while you eat. There are birds flying around inside pooping on tables. It is cool because it is open air and you can look down on the ocean, though. My husband liked his enchiladas. My burmese fish were overcooked and crispy, and the sauce had practically no flavor. It was very hot and the big fans in front of the tables did nothing to cool it down. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the restrooms were.

We had chiles rellenos, shrimp cóctel, quesadilla with carne asada, all served with rice, beans, and guacamole, soup 7 mares (fish, shrimp, octopus, clams, mussels, plus vegetables) and their totopos with salsa. Everything was delicious!!! We expected to pay a lot more than what we actually paid…. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Great dining experience with our party of 15, with ages 6 to 66. Plenty of food choices for picky kids. $3 shrimp quesadillas exceeded expectations, we ordered a couple of extras. First time here and to Rocky Point, but our friends have been here many times. Secure $5 parking just north.

I was told this place is the McDonald’s of Rocky Point, and I agree. Not going back. Food was not that good, the shrimps were small. Especially when you go out the door and the people are waving giant shrimps in your face, what the heck! Fried whole fish was good though. Moving on to someplace else from now on.
