I only go for the sweet tea and frozen strawberry fanta. The person taking orders irritated me pretty good. Im not easily angered. I let her know there was someone ahead of me on the other side when she asked for my order. Instead of her coming back to me after that, she took the person’s order who had just pulled up after the lady I had just told her about. To be fair to everyone, there needs to be some serious training on the drive thru if you’re going to run both sides. I have een this happen too many times. The speakers need to be checked on a regular basis. Not everyone is courteous. It angers me when another customer knows that another customer was ahead of them and they will not honor that. This can be resolved if the staff learns to go back and forth if 2 workers are not available. This is really a management issue so Im just sharing what’s necessary to know.

I don’t know whether this was an eyelash in my food or bundle hair, either way, why wasn’t a hairnet being worn? And how did anyone overlook this piece of hair while wrapping the food? The customer service and food preparation needs a complete revamp. It’s already bad that these young ladies and guys do not want to work, but to be unsanitary as well…disappointing.

This McDonald’s was probably one of the best we’ve ever visited. The customer service and atmosphere alone were incredible. While the food at McDonalds isn’t my favorite, this McDonalds wasn’t half bad. The cleanliness of the restaurant and kindness/helpfulness of the staff made the whole experience awesome. The play place was super clean and my kids had a blast. It was the perfect stop on our road trip.

My grandmother would run circles around the night crew. They’re so slow. I work at the warehouse up the street and I sit in line my whole break. I have to eat on the way back to work. They’re so slow and rude. I hate this McDonald’s. The only reason I keep coming back is cause they’re the only thing open and I work overnight.

The filet o fish sandwich was not as fresh as I like I usually just eat at the Gardendale location whenever I do go to McDonalds but I was in the Bessemer area taking care of business and needed something to eat I should have just waited.. I knew better not to try this Bessemer location my ketchup packets had sticky residue on them and somehow barbecue sauce was on the back of my fry box terrible!

$5 for a shake and THIS is what I get?? When I asked for a large I meant both the cup AND the shake itself, not just the cup! I’m not sure who was in charge here but clearly they don’t know how to do their jobs properly! I guess I’ll be boycotting this McDonald’s too… that makes both the locations in Bessemer that I won’t be returning to… I’ll start taking my money to the Hueytown location, they deserve it a whole lot more than you Bessemer locations….

My trip to this McDonald’s was the worse ever. I was so surprised. There was nobody in the restaurant or drive thru. The dining room was a mess, floor was sticky, not one clean table or boothe. There was trash all over the self serve drink station. The garage cans were full and flowing out into the floor. They said they couldn’t take cash for our order as they didn’t have any change. We o ordered on the kiosk this is a mess, paid for our food with our card. We set at the cleanest dirtiest table there was and cleaned it with hand sanitizer and napkins is that’s how we had. We were never notified that our food is ready it was just set up on the counter and then there was nobody else at the counter. We did find the guy that informed us that there was no change over on his cell phone in the back of the restaurant nobody had any uniforms on it was just a very odd experience, definitely not what you expect from McDonald’s. The employees didn’t have any uniforms on or name tags. I was very disappointed and surprised regarding the whole experience. Hope they can work these issues out before I think about going there again.

Don’t waste your time here at this mcdonald’s. We did mobile order while in the parking lot for faster service and it took them 30 minutes. The reason why is because the employees are in the back playing on their phones not caring about the customer at all. One employee sitting on the counter playing on their phone, while the other filling fry orders was on FaceTime. No wonder our food was cold when it finally came out.
