At Baker’s Crust, we have been lovingly and carefully preparing food for our friends and neighbors for over 20 years. We have seven restaurant locations in Virginia servicing breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. We believe that to truly eat well and be happy, you need to start with quality ingredients. That’s why we begin each day by baking a wide variety of delicious crusty breads using a thirty year old natural starter. We also make our own mozzarella cheese, roast our own tomatoes, grow our own greens and toss our Farm to Plate salads with specialty oils and vinegars. I absolutely enjoyed brunch at Baker’s Crust! There was a small wait when we arrived but the food was worth it! We ordered the Shrimp and Crab Alfredo. The shrimp were a nice size and the alfredo sauce was creamy and flavorful. We ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast and it absolutely phenomenal! The filling wasn’t overpowering so I could enjoy the simplicity of french toast with the filling to compliment the flavors. We also orders the West Coast Omelette (my go to) I love the fresh avocado and pico on top that gives the omelette a little extra flavor. And the Passion Fruit Habanero Margarita was refreshing with a hint of spice! The Everything Mary was a great way to end the meal. Everything was PERFECT!

Went here Saturday for brunch around 11:30 am, decent amount of people inside, but no wait time to be seated. Waiter was friendly, attentive, and bubbly.
To drink, I decided to try the Blueberry Mojito (2/10) way too many chunks and pieces of pulp, blueberry, and mint leaves in the cup. Nothing but ice and a little juice; all I tasted was chunks with every attempted sip. No alcohol in it, it seemed. Very disappointing.
To eat, we started with the Biscuit Basket (10/10), the sweet potato butter was delicious and the biscuits were fresh and yummy. I decided to try the Steak and Egg Frites (8.5/10) my steak was seasoned very well and cooked exactly as I asked. My eggs were just okay. Fries were seasoned and crispy. I decided to try the Jalepeno cheddar toast, but it really didn’t have much flavor or spice to it.
I was satisfied for the most part with dining here, so I’ll def be back again. Would like to come back and try their happy hour for sure.

This was my first time visiting although my two childhood friends have been many times. We met for lunch on Black Friday which was surprisingly not busy. We waited maybe 10 minutes for a table. The service was pretty fast and attentive. I should have went with my first choice entree but we ended up sharing and still needed to go boxes. I would visit again.

This place never disappoints . First time for breakfast here. The food is always cooked to perfection. The biscuit basket was so good , but on the expensive side. For four tiny biscuits it was $11. Heavy on the pocket book for the portion.

We went during happy hour and we ordered the sangria and white peach bellini which was pretty delicious. But that new crab dip appetizer was absolutely delicious! That was the highlight of it all!

Wonderful experience. They were pretty busy, and a storm was coming in, so they were in the process of moving outside parties to inside tables. Even with all of that, wait time was 10 minutes. We decided to sit at the bar. We were thrilled to see they had so many gluten-free options. I had the shrimp and crab pasta without any reaction. My fiance had the bacon, egg, and cheddar smash burger and was in pain The service and experience overall was nice. Next time, we will verify they have a dedicated space to cook. Pretty sure he was Cross contaminated.

Starting our 2026 out by spending time with my son’s family at Baker’s Crust Greenbrier. Every single person that we met was exceptional. We were told that the wait would be about a half hour, but, of course, we chose to wait. Our server, Anny N, was exceptional. Even mentioned how sorry she was that our wait was so long. She rushed our appetizer and was there to make sure our every need was met.
