My partner and I came in this morning to order breakfast to go. When we entered the establishment there were a lot of people, either waiting to be seated or waiting on their party. Gloria Ortega was so professional and personal at the same time. Her service has been some of the best service I’ve received this far… In the service industry, we NEED more Gloria’s… Thank you for your exceptional customer service… Definitely coming back and letting everyone know about this particular IHOP all because of GLORIA

Went for brunch last weekend, knowing it would be busy but figured we would chance it anyway! We were seated by a hostess named Robyn and she was the absolute sweetest. Very kind, very patient with us even though she was busy. The server was also nice and the food as always was delicious. Would definitely recommend this ihop location!

Came to enjoy a nice brunch with my family for my birthday.. have been sitting at our table for over an hour. No food yet. We had to ask 3 different people for our drinks and didn’t get them for about 35 minutes. asked our server for an update and she looked at my mom like she’s dumb before walking away and not even looking for the order. food came out cold. will never eat at this ihop again. just watched 2 tables leave because they haven’t been asked their drink orders in over 30 minutes. fry on my cousins plate that isn’t supposed to be there. moms gravy is hard.

I was there yesterday and Robyn was an amazing host. We got sat quickly. All the servers did amazing. They were so kind. Gina was our server. She got everything out quickly and even helped us with some confusion on the menu overall amazing experience

We got seated pretty quickly by Robyn the HOSTESS.. keep that in mind.. almost 30 minutes go by and we have not seen our waiter. We let Robyn know we still haven’t been helped and she was quick to get us our drinks to start. More time goes by and our waiter finally takes our order but didn’t introduce himself so I can’t even give you a name. More time goes by we get our food. That was the last time we saw the person who was actually supposed to be helping us. Robyn checked in with us got us our check and boxes. She was the most helpful person there ! Make her a waitress asap! Thank you Robyn! Also to add: it was her 3rd did and she was great!

They go above and beyond to make sure guest are well taken care of and make everyone feel at home from Little details to the big decorations. It goes a long way when you have staff that really care about us guest.

I guess the cook was sick so the manager cooked our food! Best damn burger I have ever had! Got the spicy jalapeño and Serrano peppers burger! Everything else we got was magnificent!!! Literally the best we have ever had anywhere! Our server was awesome and the beautiful server who was cleaning was amazing and extremely helpful! This place is awesome!

Watched a group of the same size come in after us, order, get their food, pay, leave, and then ANOTHER group get seated at the same table all before we got our food. Took almost 2 hours to get in and out, and it didnt even seem super busy. Someone came to the table and apologized about it and offered a discount which was very nice of them, but they added it on only our entree as a military discount. Everyone at the table was military though, and the normal discount would’ve applied to the entire check rather than one item but they said they couldn’t double discount. So we ended up paying slightly more on the check than we would’ve normally will probably just go to the Ihop on interquest pkwy from now on.

I had the best experience here with my family. We came today and they were swamped but the food came out fast and hot. Everything on the plate was presentable and delicious. Our server Lily was also great. I see that there are so many reviews for the servers and none for the cooks so I asked for their names. Victor, Hugo, and Fausto are amazing cooks. I looked into the kitchen and they were all smiles, great cooks and great service. This will be my new go to IHOP. I met the manager too, Gloria was fantastic. The owners of this establishment are fortunate to have a great team!
