Born on a backpacking trip, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Company was created to celebrate the beautiful and diverse state of Arizona through locally driven beer and food. When we’re not outside foraging for ingredients ourselves, we’re partnering with nearby farms to source the AZ-grown fruit, veggies, grain, and meat that have led us to be consistently ranked among the best breweries in the world. We use water-saving Sinagua malt in every beer we brew, we partner with local companies to compost all of our food waste, and we pursue sustainable efforts whenever possible to ensure the vast Arizona wilderness endures. The best wings I’ve ever had!! Confit = slow-crisped in fat (technically not deep fried), perfect combo of crispy and juicy. Big fan of the peanut sauce. And, as always, great range of beer. They were recently turning over to new brewing equipment, so a few guest options were being used to infill. Beautiful setting, very relaxed.

This is my favorite place to visit each time I come to Phoenix. They have a limited release Pecan Porter (around Thanksgiving time) that is TO DIE FOR. Make sure to try it if you can, I always ask them if they can ship it but laws apparently don’t allow. All of their beers are top notch, the outdoor patio is top tier, great spot to hang with a group, have an event or just catch up with friends. They often have live music! The food is also great, I highly recommend the PBj burger, it’s perfectly cooked and the perfect blend of sweet and salty. This time I got the loaded duck fat fries, and the chiles were so perfect on top of the savory fries! This place is top tier brewery, one of the best in the USA; Im proudly their unaffiliated and unpaid brand rep! This place is TOP TIER!

Love going to this place for good food and handing out with friends. Every time I am in town I end up checking them out. Love this location. This last time I had smash burger and earth bowl. The burger meat was little salty. The bowl was constructed well. Their cocktails and beer selection is great.

Arizona Wilderness was everything we could have hoped for — and so much more for our wedding reception. Every single person we worked with, from Breezie to Dylan, the managers, accounting team, bartenders, and even security, went above and beyond for us in ways we’ll never forget.
Breezie was truly the heart of it all. She made planning from out of state feel effortless — calm, communicative, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. When she noticed that one part of our payment didn’t feel entirely fair, she brought it up herself — completely unprompted — and the entire Arizona Wilderness team stood behind her decision to make it right with a partial refund. That kind of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare, and it meant more to us than we can put into words.
The food was unbelievable — all locally sourced, fresh, and far beyond anything you’d expect from a wedding reception. And the drinks? Endless variety and expertly made. The bartenders kept the night flowing with genuine energy and warmth.
They also worked with us on every personal touch, making sure we could have our live band, tattoo artists, and all the unique details that made the day feel like us. The team never once hesitated or made us feel like our ideas were too complicated.
Even the security team deserves a special mention for how kind they were to my 83-year-old aunt, who decided to question one of them about his piercings — he handled it with such grace and humor that it became one of our favorite stories from the night.
From start to finish, every member of the Arizona Wilderness team showed care, respect, and heart. They made our wedding feel deeply personal, and I can’t imagine having celebrated anywhere else.

Wow, this was such a good experience. We stopped by spontaneously. It’s a fun and laid-back spot. The quality of ingredients is awesome. To top things off, the cocktails were 1/2 price for Mondays and the recipes were unique and delicious. No watered-down drinks like other places. I will definitely be back.

Wow. Great vibe. Super efficient operation for ordering great beer and food. I had a German Pilsner ( their version) that was spot on. I had a great grilled chicken Chipotle sandwich with fries. Perfect. The outdoor seating area is kept cool with fans and evaporative water, music and people. Service was awesome. 5 stars. I was staying minutes away at Found Re.

Great friendly atmosphere. The park bench sitting is a cool way to meet new people. The patio is huge with games to play outside or table games indoors. Gotta come for the beer selection many many to choose from. I had la ciudad hazy IPA and the Integrity Brews both were great. The poor was just perfect from both bartenders and the beer is nice and cold. Food was delicious the chicken sandwiches we tried were spicy and perfect. My son tried the pb&j burger and he enjoyed it!!! With that being said kids are allowed up until 9pm and it is also pet friendly. Want to come back when the temperature is cooler to sit out on the patio.
