Greasy food straight from the freezer, the online menu is rarely accurate portions are small and inconsistent. There are times where halal and vegetarian options are not available. The dining area is also usually dirty and seems to have a fly/gnat problem.
The silver lining is the extremely hard working and kind staff who are clearly trying their best. Webster really needs to support them better.

I don’t recommend this place at all. They have an early closing time that doesn’t suit a students schedule. The “food” is oily and unhealthy most of the time. The salads are not fresh and have a limited variety of veggies to pick from.
The lines can be super long. Especially at 360 degrees where you’re not even guaranteed to get what you’re waiting for by the time you’re near the front of the line even after waiting upwards of 15 minutes, which can be very frustrating. And, the only drink options are sugary sodas or water.
Got to hand it to the cooks though for being friendly.

The staff are always extremely kind, and I think the food quality has gone up since last year! However, due to the AYCE change, the place has gotten dirty to dropped food and people not willing to clean up.

Despite the small staff, they always make your day with how friendly they are and interested in your day. The lady at the register is always so sweet, and the cooks make small conversation while you wait. International daily choices are also great.

Greasiest food imaginable. Online menu is never accurate to what they actually serve. Require freshmen and international students to purchase predatory meal plans which aren’t worth the price and which are limited.
