waited a while for cold food. then got home and it was wrong. i had customizations on some of the food and i reckon they can’t read a screen bc nothing was done. i had to pay extra for it and i guess my fault for not checking before i left. but they want to rush you out so bad and fast. i mean it makes more work for them to remake my food. i mean its sad.

I ordered on the app over 20 minutes ago. Still no sign of my food. Chicken nuggets, a drink, and a cone isn’t a particularly hard order to fulfill…. The app won’t let me cancel because they’ve “started” prepping my order. That is not true

The food’s gotten better and so has the location and the upgraded. It’s been years since I’ve been there. Moved back to town and I like it and I always get two or three sausage biscuits and they always good and whoever takes my order. Thank you so I know it’s an older woman because she’s polite and nice

The customer service here was absolutely amazing!!! Every person greeted me and made sure I had what I needed! Its not often I go into a McDonald’s and the atmosphere is welcoming and not rushed!!! Food was hot made correctly and was good!!!

I ask for a mango smothie and they were giving me a strawberry one, ok fine no problem, thay said we will change it. After more than 5 minutes waiting on the parking spot they came, so I left. I went in and used the kiosk, and wanted to pay at the counter so it print me out a blank piece of paper… I always go to this McDonald’s because its close to where I live….it was busy but I it didn’t take long for my order and everyone was really nice and fast….keep up the good work…

This has to be the WORST McD’s in the Tri-County area! 6:05 am, right after opening, and first of all the drive-thru window looked like kids with greasy hands did finger painting on it…disgusting! I mean are you that lazy you can’t get some Windex and clean your freakin’ glass that each customer has to look at? Secondly, the pancakes were HARD, and I mean who would check right after opening that the breakfast wasn’t fresh? It had to be sitting in the holding bin for at least 15 mins. if not longer!! I didn’t find out until too late, already back home, and wasn’t driving all the way back. But I will give this awful review and plan on contacting Corporate concerning this one of the worst drive-thru and breakfast experiences I’ve ever had in 64 years!
