What is up with the bad reviews? This place is new. My order came out normally fast. Like less than 5mins. Price is good. Burger patties is big enough for one. It’s nice and clean, big windows. Love it. Workers are friendly and kind. I’m glad my little town got a jack in the box.

Rude employees, drive thru line is always long and when you finally get up to order you still have to wait to order. Never enough employees at night especially when dashers have dashes and task to complete. As a dasher I shouldn’t have to sit in the drive thru line no kore 10 mins, because of how long this line is constantly and the wait I miss out on other dashes. Currently sitting in the drive thru line for about 30 mins now.

Just got back from my local jack in the box and little mad.Tacos tasted stale not just one but all 6. My wife’s fries tasted like theyve been cooker hours ago. Asked for light ice woman gave me extra ice in my drink. Do better jack in the box. I’m about to start going to McDonald’s again. I see why y’all closed down the first time long ago

Again this might be the 5th time I’ve gotten a Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger that came wrong. Waited 30 minutes the burger had no cheese no tomato and no onions just buns patty pickles and lettuce. This location is the worst. No store credit is offered or replacement. I’m not even kidding every other Jack in the box I’ve been to is 10/10 for some reason chowchilla they don’t seem to try and do better. Did they hire people with no cognitive understanding of how to make a burger?

The only reason why I gave the service 4 stars is because it’s all brand new staff who’s being bombarded at a newly opened popular fast food restaurant so it can take some time to get your order and there’s a chance that it may be incorrect. With that being said I have never had employees or managers go out of their way more to make it right and apologize. So that one missing star is just due to it being new and insanely busy but I have no doubt with the staff that they have and from what I’ve seen /experienced to be exemplary work ethic it will be five stars in no time!

This place just sucked it wasn’t that good food is cold and they gave me an order that I didn’t even order like an extra order of any rings when I told them that I want it any rains instead of fries they still give me the onion rings but still charged me for it This is not the first time this has happened it’s a repeated thing I really wish they would get some people right at the cash register please
