Wasn’t bad for the price. Service was polite and fast. Only issue was the drinks come with extra ice without asking. According to my grandfather, that is very common. Large drink after driving home and consuming at home with meal still had a ton of ice. I was able to put a 12oz can of soda that still completely filled the large cup with the left over ice

Jack’s offers solid southern comfort food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I tried the chicken sandwich, and it was crispy and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The chicken tenders were tender and perfectly cooked, and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned, making for a satisfying meal.
The standout for me was the chocolate milkshake—rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet, it was the perfect way to finish the meal. The drink was refreshing and came in a generous portion, too.
The service was friendly, and the portions were generous for the price. The only thing I’d change is that I wish the fries had been a bit hotter when served. Overall, a great spot for anyone craving southern comfort food, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

I haven’t been stopping at this restaurant lately because the biscuits have traditionally been hard… but today I decided to stop. I ordered 2 ham biscuits and they were delicious!! I belief I could have eaten 2 more!! Service was great!! Very nice, respectful young folks working at this location.

Every time I visit Jack’s it’s always a Nice experience. The people in drive through are always nice, whether it’s at the speaker or at the window. My orders are always correct. And when I go inside to order “Angelina” One of the cashiers is always working hard and making sure the customers are taken care of including me of course. Keep up the good work Jack’s team

Everyone was super friendly! Manager (had facial piercings and a guys haircut, I don’t know her name) was really nice and remembered me from an earlier visit (I was on my way to the dr) and asked how I was and if everything turned out ok. That meant a lot to me because I am going thru some personal issues.

Love this place, first time here. Cheeseburgers are GREAT, meat, bun, pickels, chopped onion & their secret sauce! The fries are crispy & tender, very tasty. Their homemade biscuits with eggs were very good. Service was excellent!!

They can barely get any order right. Our last straw was getting a 4 piece chicken dinner with fries and mashed potatoes and a fried pie. They left out all sauce, only gave us 3 chicken fingers and somehow managed to mistake green beans for fries. The green bean juice got all into the bag WITH THE PIE IN IT and the pie was soaked with green bean juice. As well as the other food. This is only the tip of the iceberg of how wrong they get these orders. Usually we do check but I was in a rush. Every single time we went, something is wrong with the order. It’s just one of the closest food places from where I live. Another order I added is where it looks like they just tossed my order all around and I’m glad I checked cause they almost forgot my mashed potatoes. It’s like these folks at this jacks don’t read the orders they are making, it’s the only jacks I strongly dislike.

Got in the restaurant, the lady at the front counter was only getting the food for already ordered customers and not getting new orders. Only one person in the whole store was wearing gloves, the lady on the grill!! Everyone who was getting food filled up was not wearing gloves. Should improve on customer service and food handling. I could have named them but no one had a name tag.
