Driven by this place for a long, long, long, long time (think years and years and years). Never once did I stop to think of eating here as the name is odd and slightly off putting.
Business partner recommended lunch here so I finally tried Goldfish Sushi out. Aside from one other customer, we were the only patrons even though the parking lot was nearly full. Guessing the cars were of other customers eating at either Hoffbrau or Yoichi next door.
Restaurant is dimly lit and mediocre for cleanliness. Went to go was my hands and neither bathrooms’ lights worked! The owner flipped the switch on and off numerous times before the light finally turned on. Loose connection?
Server was friendly and options plentiful. Pricing was fair and service relatively quick. We both had the lunch bento box option along with an extra roll per person. Salad and its dressing was nice as was the egg roll too. The rolls were average though and nothing memorable. Between the Las Vegas roll ($12.99) and Denton roll ($11.99), both were fair in appearance and taste.
All-in with tip for lunch was just shy of $64. This was average sushi for a fair price.

I frequent this sushi joint as my office is only a few minutes away. The people that run this place are some of the sweetest people. Very welcoming and accommodating. The sushi is always fresh and the spicy edamame is the best of any place I’ve had. EVER! Definitely try that if you go. I definitely recommend giving this place a shot 🙂

It’s always the small sushi place in a strip mall that serves the best food. Definitely the best sushi rolls in town and the owners are so friendly. I would highly recommend. Do not go to fancy but lame sushi places and overpay. Come here!

Amazing quality sushi on the AYCE menu. The AYCE menu ($24.99 per person) is small, but every appetizer and roll we had were top quality and delicious. Our son got the chicken hibachi and his only complaint was it was so good he wanted another serving!

This All You Can Eat Sushi Restaurant Is Truly An Amazing Place To Eat And Relax while enjoying your favorite sushi rolls and sipping on some delicious hot Tea or perhaps your favorite cold beverage. The rolls here are created in unique creative styles and taste very fresh. Atmosphere is cool and comfortable and the owners are always smiling, everyone is welcome they have plenty of space for friends, couples , singles and even big family of 6 or so . I came here for all I could eat , but the rolls are so big that even after an appetizer and 2 rolls I could not go on I was so full . wow I’m very pleased with this little place it’s very welcoming and the food here just sucks you back in every time you pass by . I recommend you come try this and don’t miss out on something so delicious and authentic:) I enjoy my experience here every time I visit . They are incredible

First time here and I’ll say the food was excellent. Our favorite of the night was the ceviche roll but everything else was great. The only down side of the ayce is that not everything is included. As in some sushi’s and dishes. Overall this is a great sushi restaurant.

Great Sushi. I’d advise ordering from the main menu instead of the all you can eat. The veggie tempura is good, beef tataki was excellent. I had the pepper tuna roll and Tsunami roll which I really liked.

My favorite places for Sushi. A great spot for date night. Definitely deserves more hype!! Prices and portions are great compared to other places and sushi always looking cute!!
