Need to clean their section more often. You guys can do much better than that this place used to be very very clean I would hate to take my business across the town. Hope the owner takes care of business… I come here three times a week.

Me and my husband went here yesterday, I wish we never had because it reminded me of why I go to the other subway by the hospital now. This one has the rudest employees. Right as we got out of the car there was an unprofessional, off duty manager yelling at another employee right at the subway door. I know she was a manager because she stated that she was as you could very well hear everything she was saying. She was white with short black hair. After she got through with the guy she pulled another girl away from working to also talk to her forever outside, again you could hear her raising her voice. The girl that made our sandwiches… Well she just should be fired along with miss unprofessional manager out there. Very rude, bad mood I’m assuming because of what was going on but she was turning it onto the customers. Asked for my bread to be double toasted and was trying to tell her to just put my husbands in with it since he would also like his double toasted. Before I could finish saying it though, she looked at me like i was stupid and was like… “yeah…. that’s how we do it here….” very smart attitude as she said it. Big girl, black hair with pink in it. Me and my husband tried being as nice as possible to her in hopes of changing her mood as we’ve both worked in the food industry for around 10 years altogether and both been shift managers. I’ve also been a GM before, but this girl just wasn’t having it. She was just extremely rude the whole time as she made our sandwiches with the “I don’t want to be here attitude” We love subway and eat it very often but from now on we will try to avoid this one specifically at all cost and if the other isn’t open for some reason, we’ll pick another restaurant. Do the world a favor, don’t work in any food industry.

I went to the subway the hospital always and the last time I had a bad experience and got hung up on while the person called me a liar I called Nichole the gm and she was very nice and helped me I will only use the subway in the plaza by little ceasers from now on

Updated: 1-28-2024. Area management reached out to me to address the issues I had experienced, and I am very grateful. We also tried the new foot-long pretzels, which were ok, but not great like Aunt Annie’s in the mall.
Original “edited” review: 1-26-2024. I was upset at the speed of service as well as them no longer accepting coupons which are mailed out in the local paper. I had not realized that change until I was about to pay and handed over the coupon, in which case they wouldn’t accept it, but I was informed that in 2024, they changed the coupon policy and will only accept them online through the app. So everyone should know that if you like to save a buck.
I’m not a fan of the new metal lid cover in the first section of the meat area. It isn’t glass, and you cannot see anything happening behind the metal lid. This is the only Subway I’ve been to so far with this style of cooler/holding lid. The workers are pleasant and nice, but three people are always needed, and Friday night, there were only two when we were there, and it really slowed down the pace. If you want or like Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread, be sure you arrive at least an hour before closing, or you likely will not get that type of bread.

Awful service. Nasty store on the inside. Bread was stale. Cheese was powder like. Meat tasted old so ended up just throwing it away. Staff is extremely rude and could care less if they wait on anyone. Oh and threw bag of chips at me that I wanted be a they had to retrieve them from behind the counter.

Stay away from this location. I don’t know you owns it but they need to take control and get their standards back up.

Ordered my food online! Apparently counting to six is impossible, only received four cookies when I paid for six. My meatball marinara sandwich was extremely cold and the sauce was overflowing out the end of my bread. Needless to say it was made very poorly with excessive amount of items on it. It was quite the mess to eat. My spouse’s sub was drowning in sweet onion sauce. Overall a very poor experience and will never return. I guess people think they deserve to be paid for doing below average service.
Do better, you are nothing without customers!!!

I’m literally here now she asked what kinda sandwichs 2 very very simple and this women mad as hell it’s literally just meat and cheese and she’s throwing the food talking crap under her breath if you don’t want to work don’t but don’t treat customers like there the problem you never know what ppl are going through and that kind of attitude may be the breaking point in their day

I ordered 3 trays for an event a day before as required by the restaurant. I told the person that took the order what time I needed the trays ready. When I went to pick up the trays on the day and time I told the person I would be there, my trays wasn’t available. The staff acted UNPROFESSIONAL. One staff had an attitude, the other staff was laughing about he situation. The staff that took my original order and guaranteed me the order would be ready the night before, dipped out early. Fortunately I figured out an alternative.
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN DOUGLAS GEORGIA.
My true rating for this Sub Way is -1 for the customer service. Rating it a 1 was too generous.

We’ve been here a few times and the girls have always been very friendly. Today however we got served by a younger blond girl who had an attitude the whole time. By the end of it we were told I’m just doing my job, you can’t add stuff to the new sandwiches and if we didn’t like that then we could always try the other subway. Oh…I thought the slogan was make it what you want not get what you get . We weren’t even mean just dissapointed . Very few times have I experienced service that was that bad.
