I was in Cincinnati for a week for work, and everyone kept telling me to try this place. On my last day in town, I finally went in for a late lunch. The chili was AMAZING. The service was excellent. And the atmosphere was no frills, but extremely warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

Skyline is a Cincinnati thing and Im so glad.
Once in a while a chili cheese coney and a 4way w beans. Satisfying every time.
The location is roomy with lots of windows.
paid parking but most people are local and work nearby.

The kids and I really enjoyed our food here. I had a salad, and Regular size 3 way (spaghetti, chili, cheese), som had 3- chili cheese dogs, daughter had chili cheese fries, other son had the 3 way with their habanero cheese.
It was all great, great price, great service!
I’d high recommend using their hot sauce too!

Ordering a 3-way means something very different in Cincinnati! I will say that the meat sauce reminds me of Greek Pastitsio filling, you can taste the Greek roots. I didn’t hate it, I’m glad I tried it but it was a little odd…I think it might be a cultural thing. That said, I will probably have it again (if we ever come back to Cincinnati).

The servers and the atmosphere of the restaurant were very nice, however the food was VERY sub par. The noodles had too much sauce, the chili was absolutely disgusting, had the texture of dry taco meat that you microwaved from your mom’s family dinner. Wasn’t even a little runny or watery like Cincinnati chili is supposed to be. The cheese was super thickly cut and because of that, just a few strands trumped the whole flavor profile. Honestly the only part that was okay was the onions but it takes some real effort to mess up onions. It was also somehow very oily, I’m not sure how that one even happened. I got a 4 way and it absolutely was the worst one I’ve ever had

This was a fun, unique experience. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and it was fun to watch the food being prepared adjacent to the dining area. Everyone was very friendly. The waitress went out of her way to make it a special event. And that included helping us put on bibs before we ate. Nice touch when you’re having lunch and chili is on the menu. She also guided us through the menu. That’s why I would say instead of just having lunch we had a fun experience. It was fascinating watching the kitchen staff prepare the dishes. They were doing an incredible volume but still every plate that left looked great. It is not fancy fine dining. But the food is delicious and it was a great experience!

Great service and a fun experience overall. I’m happy we tried this during our trip to Cincy, and it tasted not bad – definitely better than expected! I liked the chili over potatoes a little more than the traditional pasta, but either way you’re getting the famous chili with a mountain of cheese. No plans for a re-visit though.

We were welcomed as soon as we walked in the door and informed to sit wherever we would like. The waitress immediately came over and asked us what would we like. She was very good at her job and was so welcoming to all of her customers. We ordered, I looked out the window and looked back up to engage in conversation and our food was ready. It was literally under just a few and she had also attended to other customers at the same time. I gave her a 50% tip both times I went. It’s a great experience.

In Cincy so I had to try and I must say, I don’t get it. Had the 3 way and a cheese coney. There just wasn’t anything to the chili. The coney was so tiny, you could barely taste it. Chili left a bad aftertaste and nasty burps. If this is Cincy’s thing, damn. Once was more than enough for me.
