Also, this particular location has the children’s play area which is always fun on a hot day; to stay cool and let the children burn energy. This location has lots of outside seating that perhaps could accommodate a pet dog or pet dogs.

Imagine pulling up to a window and seeing two workers horse playing and it is 95 degrees out not acknowledging you or anything . You go to the next window they redirect you back to the window no one accepted your payment at you ask for a manager and a manager comes and says go to the other window I told her no let me speak to YOUR manager she says I am I said ok give me your name she says I can’t give you that . And all her workers come to the window Looking at us . Then I said ok (took a photo) and she tried to run away lol . ) another lady come and takes my payment and shoes us away ! lol I’m a Gm at a fast food restaurant. You have to give your name to the customers who ask . If we wanted to leave a good review she would have GLADLY GAVE IT TO US . LOL DONT COME HERE HOLD YOUR EMPLOYEES ACCCOUNTABLE AT ALL TIMES !!!

If you’d like to wait 15 minutes before ordering, another after paying and then 30 minutes in a pick up lane. Then this is the McDonalds for you! We waited nearly an hour for 2 meals & 2 kids meals, they didn’t give us our waters because we didn’t order them they said. Although our receipt says we paid nearly a 1.50 per water. Stay away from here & just go to Jimmy John’s (on the other side of the gas station).

Everytime me and my family get food we spend a minimum of $120. Well this time we lost all Respect for McDonald’s. They treated us with such disrespect and belittlement. We had a mobile order and couldn’t order Mac sauce on the app, so we asked at the cashier, they said to ask the second window. We asked and they worker asked her supervisor, her supervisor asked her manager and her manager said that we had to get back in line and that they didn’t care about our order. We were told contradictory information and disrespected for it. Manager was rough and aggressive with us. Wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone, even if it’s free.

Disrespectful and shameful behavior. I don’t know where common curtesy went but it’s sad that even at its simplest and cheapest forms it’s gone. We were mistreated horribly by this particular franchise tonight. I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s on my worse enemy. Please be weary. They do not care about their customers. They only care about volume and money.

Ordered a Big Mac it was dry, tried again with the same result, and cold fries. Next time I ordered it with extra sauce and extra pickle and it was even drier. They also will pause door dash orders when they are busy (Dashers beware).

We stopped at this location so the girls could play! They had a blast! Always do at this one. I know it’s not that much to play on. But it’s enough to have a little fun and eat!

We stopped for an obvious quick bite before we got in the interstate and the kids were ok with their happy meal but my chicken strips were the worst I’ve had. Didn’t finish one as it was cooked it a burnt grease. I was already on the interstate so I took it as a loss and won’t go there again.

Very dirty lobby and floors very dirty in and around fry station and were they bag your food ..stacks of dirty trays sitting on counter were food is supposed to be handed out ..waited almost 20 minutes for 5 items ..staff is friendly and not one employee was just standing around they were working ..but no one was at front counter for almost 10 min when we arrived to order our food ..order was correct though ..please give more attention to the cleanliness of this store ..because the food is good from here ..p.s. trash cans all were over flowing

Through it, the dining room had also ran about 20 people through it. And when we went nas for our food, oh, we had to wait on fries.But our food had been waiting for twenty minutes plus before we got it.And it was really cold and nasty
