Service was excellent, pizza sauce was not. I usually get a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and love the sauce, but the last three times there’s been a problem with the sauce, it’s really strong and I can’t eat more than one piece. This has only been within the last couple of months. Maybe something wrong with that batch of sauce or how it’s been mixed in shop? It doesn’t taste spoiled or anything, but it might need to be diluted somehow, the spices seem extra strong.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, the pizza did not come with any pepperoni. We added bacon to one side of it. We called back to tell them they did our order wrong, and the guy who won’t give us his name, says he’s the manager said he made it himself and called me a liar. Argued with us on the phone and we just wanted them to give us another pizza on another day. We did not want to drive all the way back today. He called us liars and said that 9/10 times people call just to get something free. I even offered to send him a photo. He continued to argue with us and say rude comments to us on the phone even after we said we were done arguing. WORST experience I’ve ever had at a pizza place. The pizza wasn’t even cut, it ripped into other pieces as you took one. I’m super upset, and could not believe someone wouldn’t train him properly. He said he was the general manager but wouldn’t give me his name

!!!! UPDATE!!!!! Very rude and dismissive over the phone. Very expensive for food that wasn’t made with love have been a customer for years and the service has sadly never improved. On Valentine’s Day they did a great job with the polite service and made my girl happy…. however the heart shaped pizza was awful and we had to go out again and buy more food. Complete waste of time, money, and energy.

Was visiting back in the valley and thought I would try my favorite pizza as a young adult to see how it compares to the adult taste buds test. Wow, it was delicious. I have not had DeFelice Pizza in about 25 years. I remember eating it as a kid. It was one of my favorites. I was a little hesitant that it wouldn’t be what I remembered. From that first bite, it reminded my of the Ohio Valley area. It was delicious.

Listen y’all this place actually has the best pizza i have ever had. Tbh. The crust is flavorful And lightly crisped. The cheese is plentiful and marries perfectly with their pepperoni. We got a large pizza, bread sticks, and 2L of soda for $29. With how expensive everything has gotten recently, I really feel like this is a fair price. There was plenty of food leftover as well. all in all I found my new pizza joint when visiting the area.. I might even make a trip there just bc the food is that bomb ,❤️❤️❤️❤️
