What a breath of fresh air, clean and beautifully decorated. Our server Jacob was kind and polite, and deserves a raise, for his professionalism. Food was delicious and flavorful, bathroom was clean which is rare these days to find in a restaurant, the place was well cared for and the price was worth the food. Congrats on running a place properly.

We were here for Sunday brunch. I ordered the Prime rib sliders a house salad and a Bloody Maria. Hands down the best Bloody Maria I have ever had! Our server was awesome. He really took the time to take care of us and we didn’t feel rushed. He was very welcoming and had a great personality. The food was delicious. They have a wide variety of menu options and a full bar with lots of drinks. We sat on the patio and the view of the river was beautiful. The restaurant is very clean and has a great atmosphere.

Went here to splurge and treat ourselves for a date night. We were pretty disappointed. I normally like to give glowing reviews but I feel honesty is the best policy. We got the pretzel for an app, lobster bisque and chili for side soups, then the smash burger and Nashville Milanese for entrees.

The pretzel was good, no complaints.

The soups were remarkably small for the price–for ~$11, where most entrees are around $17-20, you’d expect something relatively substantial. These were tiny cups, even then only half full. If I had to eyeball it, the bisque was maybe 4oz assuming an 8oz bowl, the chili possibly 5 or 6. The chili was very good, but most of the volume was sour cream. The bisque was more gelatinous than it was liquid. Yes, bisque is thick by definition, but it shouldn’t sit in a pile on a spoon and jiggle. It also had very little actual lobster in it (if any, it was very hard to tell what was shrimp and what wasn’t); I’d be more okay with the price to volume ratio of there was perceptible lobster meat.

The smash burger was very flavorless. We each tried a bite and it was just not good. Just meat, bun, and wet. The waiter was very kind and took it off the bill, which we were very grateful for. The fries were good still.

The Milanese was tasty, but kind of…amateur? I feel bad describing it that way, but genuinely I could have believed it was something from the premade section at the grocery store that you heat and assemble yourself. The cutlet was well seasoned and fried, but the “herbs and greens” appeared to be chunks of iceberg lettuce slathered in a white sauce.

The waiter was very nice and we made sure to tip him well in cash. I have only ever sent food back at a restaurant once in my life before this so I was so nervous, but he was so understanding and made it a total non-issue. Maybe the restaurant was having an off day, but there were too many things that just weren’t good or worth what we spent that I felt compelled to leave this review.

Delicious food with incredible views of the river, making a quick downtown restaurant feel cozy and intimate. The beet salad was delicious, and presented in a lovely way!

Overall, a very consistent establishment. I love the cauliflower appetizer and the smash burger. Happy hour deals are great. Service has been a bit more hit or miss lately, which may be due to staffing. Just longer waits for food and servers checking in less, but overall still a spot in our regular rotation for food and drinks.

Overall a really great experience. The only reason for the 1 star deduction is that they didn’t offer us the patio right over the water, it seemed the side patio was the only option.

Food was really good and well priced. Drinks were great. Waitress was terrific – I wish I remembered her name. This is a great place and the indoor portion is sooo cool during hot summers. I recommend this place for sure.

Hosted my baby shower here and absolutely loved it. The private event space was perfect and intimate. Natural lighting in the room and balcony views were beautiful. Buffet food was great — everyone loved the chicken and the potatoes. Coordinating with Nate and Jessica leading up to the event was smooth. Day-of servers Audri and Marissa were attentive and pleasant. Entire crew was helpful and supportive. Highly recommend for hosting your next event.

Great view and vibe. My Cesar Salad was good but small in size. My friend had the fish and chips and he said it was very good. The tartar sauce was excellent. Our server was nice but didn’t check up on us after we got the food. Cauliflower bites were good but only warm.

First time visiting the tavern. Food was great. I had beer battered fish and my friend had rainbow trout. Both were fantastic. Coleslaw has a little bit to be desired but was fairly edible. It was very quiet and personal until a large group came in and it got extremely loud.
