Only reason I gave her two star was because the girl with the red braids was nice. Other than that this was a waste of money. My Ten year-old could have cooked me better food. I got a spoon of macaroni and not a full bowl. I waited 15 minutes for my food for the little macaroni that I got to be hot and for my sandwich to be completely cold. I noticed one car in the drive thru around 11AM so I decided to stop and get my mom and I each a two piece meal. It’s been a while since I’ve been here and this place is not as good as it used to be which is very disappointing. First of all at the drive thru speaker, there was a tremendous amount of loud laughing and giggling which I found annoying and very unprofessional while taking my order. Second, after paying for my order at the drive-thru window, my food was handed to me within 30 seconds which was a red flag for me because I go to Popeyes in Portage frequently because the food is fresh, delicious, and it takes longer than 30 seconds to get my order. It takes longer than 30 seconds to retrieve food at any fast food restaurant if it’s made fresh! I was in a hurry and I was just hoping that this was chicken that was just freshly made before I pulled up to the drive-thru window. Well, as I suspected, when I got home and opened up the box, the chicken looked old to me. I tried a piece and it had a horrible taste to it. My stomach is still upset from the aftertaste. My mom stated that her chicken was old, cooked to hard, and tasted so horrible that she couldn’t even eat it. No wonder there was only one car in the drive-thru because this place is awful! The employees don’t care what they serve to their customers or if their old food could make someone sick! I will not be returning to this location ever again!

Red flag ONE. Speaker is having conversations while taking my order. Then told to park because I was on HER timer. ? Huh. Why do it take 20 minutes at the drive thru. Then get order with no silver ware or napkins I mean come on now it’s CHICKEN the red beans and rice was watery

The only issue I have with this location is they never get the order correct and they take forever even if you order online they won’t start the order until you show up and then it takes them at least 15 to 20 minutes to get it together and then when you get home you find out that you’re four pieces of chicken short because they can’t count or four pies short. It never fails!

This is the worse place ive ever been to. They wouldn’t allow people to order at the drive through, then you go inside and the two women at the front had the nastiest attitudes ive ever seen. Ive worked fast food im still in customer service. A positive attitude from workers goes a long way. I waited about 10minutes to order no acknowledgement from either. It’s understandable that there will be a wait but when you have workers who are so nasty and rude to the customers it makes the wait even worse. They were rude and unprofessional. There was a little girl just asking for hot sauce n the woman all but damn near threw it at her for asking for it. I didnt even ask for any I had to go and buy a bottle because I wanted that interaction over with as quickly as possible. And my red beans and rice was watery. Never had that before

Amazingly, my online-placed order was actually ready when I arrived. This was literally the first time this year (after numerous visits) that I didn’t have to wait for an order that should have been ready when I arrived. The staff seemed to be organized and efficient that day. I wish they were this way all the time. Nonetheless, Kudos for the good service on that particular day.

Gave me the wrong food after waiting 30 minutes then the employees gave me a bad attitude when I ask them to correct it. Got correct food 30 minutes after that and it was cold. Never again. Rude customer service and poor quality food. Is this how you want your business represented Popeyes?

Went at about 5 30 pm. Drive through was closed to i was asked to come inside. The staff was clearly not really on top of their game. A three piece tender meal and a chicken sandwich took like 15 or 20 minutes. The people next to me said they were there an hour.
The sandwich was kind of cold and they forgot the biscuit in the meal.
Just keep that in mind. This Popeyes is pretty much only worth going to if your starving and have time to sit around

Chicken was nice and hot. The Mash Potatoes never have enough gravy in it 4 me. They need to add more brown gravy to Mash Potatoes. If you ask for Xtra gravy that doesn’t happen. All pre-made.

I ordered my food through Ubereats at 4:45pm. Showed up at 5:15 still not ready. No one in line nor the drive thru. They were standing around. She ask me “did you order a pick up” I said yes. They just started prepping my order.
