This place HAS to be intentionally slow. I’ve literally driven past it on the way to Aviation plaza, done what I needed to do there, maybe a half hours worth, and seen the SAME cars in the drive though. Sent my daughter there one Friday and she was on the drive through line for over AN HOUR! The food is, well, White Castle, it’s exactly what you’d expect. Just shameful how utterly slow the place is. Complained once, and the manager or owner sent me a gift cert for I think $10 but her attitude was as poor as the speed of service. She was t rude but clearly didn’t plan on changing anything and I don’t think she could have cared less about the complaint if she tried.
The LAST time, and I write it bold because it’s the last time I went and last time I ever will to this location, I thought I’d be slick and order online and pick it up 15 minutes late. Did I wait, OF COURSE I DID. About another 20 minutes. Horrible. Never again. I’ll drive to Union IF the “crave” hits.

They are short staffed so the food took a while. But, with that being said it was fresh ! They no longer have the Impossible Burgers … But, the new fried chicken sandwiches were pretty good ! I added pickles, no honey mustard and I used ketchup packages.

It’s a typical White Castle. Be patient, they cook to order. This means while there’s a wait, the food is hot and fresh. Go inside to order and avoid the drive thru, it’s on a very busy road and they’ll never hear your order correctly.

I wanted the impossible burger with dairy free cheese today for lunch so took a trip to White Castle. I didn’t want too much food so these mini sliders were a perfect option. Drive thru was the only thing open and it moved quickly. The service was decent and the bugers took a little while to make as it usually does. The food was not bad at all.

This white castle pre makes their burgers. I got the burgers home and notice that cheese on them was stiff/ cold. The buns were dark around the edges because they set for too long. Even the meat was dark around edges. Don’t get your burgers from here. Oh yeah, there was a bitter taste in the fries. I’m assuming old grease. NASTY to sum it all up

I want to give a shout-out to the White Castle employee who was working at 4:30 a.m. today , 8/2. He had dreads, a mustache, and a beard (I hope that I remembered properly, I was tired) his customer service was outstanding! From the intercom to the pickup window, he made sure everything was in the bag, fresh, and ready to go. Unlike many employees working that early, he genuinely seemed happy to be there. Kudos to him for making my early morning experience such a positive one!

15min wait to order in the drive thru, and they forgot my fries. I turned around and drove back, went inside, the lady gave me an order of fries after viewing my receipt and walked away. They’re rude, and slow.
