This place is pretty amazing, the atmosphere is so laid-back and the food is so good, especially the sweet potato waffle fries! They have poker night every Thursday and then Fridays they do karaoke and now on Sundays from 3-7 they have a $20 car wash and vacuum they do until the end of August!!

This place has gone down over the last two years. They regularly have Poker on Saturday nights however, the service is so poor, you have to walk up to the bar to get any service whatsoever. I was here last week and had to wait 45 minutes to be greeted and order my drink. I went ahead and gave the bar another chance and I waited another 45 minutes and had to go to the bar to order. You have a serious problem with your staff. They pander to the regulars like they’re all friends and they disregard the service of everyone else. They will bring someone’s order that came from the bar and not even offer anyone else at table. I really hope management gets their act together.

I highly recommend avoiding this place.
We ordered the nachos and they were literally the worst nachos I ever had.
The chips were stale the cheese was microwaves on and you were barely any toppings including hardly any chicken at all.
The bartender is not friendly at all he seems like he didn’t really care about his job was not very interactive with the customers. Took us forever to get our drinks mind you that we were sitting at the bar. Just horrible customer service

The food and atmosphere are great but the greatest thing of all was shovon! He had great costumer service and made our experience that much better. Everyone should be more like shovon!

Response to my bad review and being banned from the establishment. First I have not skipped on my tab multiple times and I am not hard to track down because I’m there every Saturday night. If there were issues in the past surely you would have addressed them fast due to my frequency. There is another person with the same first name as me that has skipped and I have not seen him back at your establishment. This all boils down to one night 3 Saturdays ago when I left cash for my tab and somehow it didn’t get paid. I came to the bar the very next day and spoke with you and paid it. As far as mansplaining to your staff, that was the night prior when Ana poured a bottle of beer incorrectly and I asked for it to be redone. She immediately got defensive and said she had been bartending for 12 years. This is a training issue. I would recommend you check out Jon Taffer’s youtube video on how to poor a beer properly, I believe it has over 10 million views. I’m sure Smitty’s down the road will have no problem taking my business!

We play free game of poker every Saturday night at 7pm tips are excepted but not required. The food is awesome the staff is awesome just a great way to spend your Saturday night! I would recommend 100% of the time.

Elm Street is the place to go if you want to feel like family on day 1. The food is great pub style food. The service is personal, they will know your name within one or two visits!
