No AC and the door was left open in nearly 80-degree heat. Employees were extremely slow and seemed checked out. Three drink options were out, and the fountain machine had no water. Floor was dirty and the wet floor sign was knocked over, creating a hazard. No napkins available.

Terrible experience at this location . I made an online order at 8:40 pm the store closes at 10pm according to their business hours . Upon arrival instead of being greeted. I get we are currently closed at 9:00 pm .i let them know that I had submitted an online order . They hand me my order. when I got home check in the bag they were all 6 inch subs when I had originally order 2 12 inch and 1 6 inch sub . This is not a great way to make business . Won’t ever use this subway again .

WORSE SERVICE EVER! Oh my gosh! These people don’t seem like they even know how to cook chicken. They didn’t even cook the chicken on my husband’s sub. He called up there to speak to a manager about it. The employee said, there was no manager there. Like how is there no manager there?! That don’t make any sense! This Subway absolutely sucks!!! You never know if they’ll be open when you. They seem to just work when they feel like it. And when you actually manage to get there while they’re open, they hardly ever say hi or even acknowledge you’re there! I always have to keep repeating myself when I order because they’re too busy carrying on a conversation with each other instead of doing their job. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY!!!!!!!!!

My daughter ordered a sub with white bread online. The store substituted wheat bread and did not contact us to see if that was OK.
Next time I am unwrapping it in the store to be sure they gave us what we wanted. Also she requested and was charged for extra meat and did not receive it.
When I walked in to pick up the order, my presence was not acknowledged, even when I pointed out that I was picking up the order.

Went to Subway in Roxboro, 2808 Durham Road on 10/4/2023. There was only one man getting a sandwich made. The guy and girl working behind the counter talked and laughed back and forth between each other, never acknowledged us, she appeared to be working on an online order. They were moving slower than slugs and snails. The restaurant’s grade was 95, I prefer 98 and above. It actually looked dirty inside. We walked out without ordering. I don’t recommend.

Friday night around 9:30pm I went to the open door with a food rack in front of the open door. And ask if they was still open and they said no. They was closing early. This subway sucks..don’t go to this store.

Zero Star rating because I couldn’t even get the sub I was counting on for the day because the woman inside wouldn’t open the store even though it was 9:30 am and they should have opened at 9:00 according to their signage etc.
