I had a fantastic dinner here. I got a burger and milkshake and fries it was all fantastic. The atmosphere was great, a real treat very nice workers at this location. I will be back! For two the price was great, burger was cooked to perfection and the milkshake was thick ✨

Love this Culvers. Always great!
We were there last night. Place was packed. A worker came around. Asked us it’s we ordered a burger. If we did, their grills went down & someone will come around & see if we wanted something else. Few minutes later a worker came by. We ordered a cod sandwich instead. Was handled very well. I did see a few people get mad. One man came in ticked off from drive thru. I thought they did a great job handling a bad situation. It did take 30 minutes for our food. That happens. We could hear manager telling people. She was doing her best to get orders taken care of. Trying to get $$ returned. Please be patient. She also came out to sitting area & apologized. Not anyone’s fault grill broke.
I heard her say to her crew. Watch, tomorrow there will be tons of bad reviews!! Im here to leave a good one!

Dylan was very kind .I ask the young lady that took my order for extra lettuce on my sandwich. An there was not hardly any lettuce on it when it was brought out to my vehicle. So I ask the young man dylan if I could please get extra lettuce. He was very kind and went back in and got it for me. Thank you.

Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness will definitely keep a customer coming back.

I hate to bump this place down a notch, because the food is always dynamite, but the service is really hit or miss. I have to call the restaurant or flag down a carhop to ask about my curbside order 15-20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready because they forgot or didn’t notice about 75% of the time. They’ve forgotten sides and even whole entrees several times. That being said, the floor staff is always super sweet, and the food is good enough that I’m willing to risk not getting some of it. But clearly management needs to get their act together.

If I could rate zero stars I would.Ordered lunch for myself and a coworker. One of his patties on his burger was completely raw, And there was also a blonde hair under the bun. I requested grilled onions on my burger and was served raw onions, and the toppings that I did not want on the burger were on the burger. I understand that the place might have been busy for the lunch rush, but the employees do not take time to read customers orders fully and accommodate what has been requested. I will not order from this location ever again.

After a 45 minute wait we finally got our food. The fries and cheese curds were both dumped into the bag. The bacon cheeseburger was awful. Dry and the bun tasted like flour. Worst experience

Outstanding Service from Mirelle!
I want to give a huge shoutout to Mirelle who took my order today. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and so patient with me when I couldn’t decide what to order. We love Culver’s and generally enjoy our experience when we go. This Culver’s was super clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. And our food was ready for us in great time. Unfortunately the salad I ordered has some very old limp lettuce. I had to keep picking through it to avoid the slimy pieces and couldn’t finish it.
