Went here while passing thru town and was extremely disappointed. Not only did it take 15min just to place the order in the drive thru but they were out of all basic items such as fries, apple juice, kids meal toys, spicy chicken fries. Finally got an order placed and when I received it at the window it was wrong with items missing. I was told to pull up and they would bring it to me. I eventually went in to get it, where I was givin half of what was missing and was told by a rather rude employee “this is all you get” umm excuses me? I only may have HALF of what I paid for?? Another employee who was actually nice and helpful went and got me the rest of my missing order thankfully. We still left rather disappointed as none of us had fries, my kids did not get toys, which isn’t a big deal to most but they are still paid for and they were excited about them, it took over 30min total just to get and it was very frustrating experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend!!

Went to the drive through waited at the speaker for about 5/10 minutes before reversing out and going inside, I had placed an online order and already paid, went inside to get my food sat at counter till I finally called out to someone for help, explain im just trying to pick up my online order that said pick up was 10+ minutes ago already, the lady said it will be just a few long and that said im sorry about that but, then right after she said sorry another lady in the back shouted to her dont apologize to him! I was honestly shocked but not shocked to find out the food was inedible bacon king with all burnt bacon. It is wild that a place like this exists not one thing about this place is acceptable.

Wouldn’t even know the review on food or service cause we did not get acknowledged not even a hello we are a little busy but we will be with you as soon as possible… I myself work at McDonald’s and we are busy with the grinch meals and understand the way it feels but that’s unacceptable to be looked at and not tell us nothing. All 3 employees saw me and my husband and not one said anything! We went at 8:15 pm on 12/06/25 passing through going out of town. Our kids were disappointed and hungry!

The place was clean but my order took longer than I would have liked. I’m assuming the manager was trying to help because it was lunch time but she struck me as she had no clue how to do much. Messed up the register and couldn’t operate the shake machine. I could see people at the drive thru window looked upset as well.

Finally brought my sandwich yes “one single Whopper extra onion extra tomato minus ketchup add barbecue” out to me 15 minutes after I ordered it and it wasn’t right took them about another 15-20 minutes to get it correct and bring it to me. The only one that seemed to have a clue anything that was going on was the cashier that was cleaning the lobby and the bathrooms and all while everybody else was elfing off. Seeming like they’re all ready to shut everything down at 7:30pm. This crew needs to get it together

Serious operational issues. Empty restaurant, orders taking forever, placed mine online, picked up and everything was made incorrectly. Went back and politely asked for them to remake the order, waited a few minutes, got my new order and sandwiches were made incorrectly AGAIN! I didn’t even bother to say anything because I just don’t understand how it can be so difficult to read and follow instructions. They did mention that had ran out of tomatoes but both chicken sandwiches we ordered had lettuce on them and while they put lettuce on the first attempt (in which everything else was wrong) the second time they missed the lettuce. I even confirmed they received the order with the ingredients we paid for extra to add. Very frustrating! Avoid this place at all cost you may be better going to Wendy’s next door.

This is the best BK I’ve ever been to. I can admit it takes a little longer to get your food compared to other burger places but it’s ALWAYS fresh. I’d rather have slower service with fresh food than fast service and old food any day!

WARNING! Do not order online or through the app. This BK location will randomly be closed during regular business hours. Recently, I placed and paid for a order at 10AM on a Sunday. Only to show up to an empty parking lot and closed resteraunt. There was not even a sign explaining why they were closed. After I reached out to customer service through the BB app, the option available to report my problem. I did not receive a response until the next day, but did not see the email until later in the week asking if there was a sign explaining why they were closed. I do not understand why they would not just refund my money. When I did respond that there was no sign, they had told me that I had passed the 7-day period for online order resolutions.

I brought my son here before his doctor’s appointment we went for breakfast at 8:30 AM, you would think the place would be spotless being that it just open ,The carpet to the entrance was filthy and there was old fries on the floor the floor was sticky the soda counter was a mess the try that we received our food on was greasy from the last person who used it and around the trash can there was old stuck on ketchup. When I came inside to order I also seen who I guess is the acting supervisor or managerWAS HOLDI G THE BACK DOOR OPEN AND vaping
Also if you try to come here for a quick little something to eat do not do it it takes over 10 minutes to get through the drive-through.

The store was clean, the carbonation/syrup ratio was off, food for everyone else was great. However My bacon looked and tasted sketch. They assured us it was flashed (no idea)before it arrived at the store and cooked this morning. We ate at 2.
