My husband and I are there last night, the Manager Joy was helping a new recruit Johnathan to get our order, as I have food allergies and she wanted to be sure they got me my order the way I needed it. So grateful Wendy’s has employees like Joy, the Kitchen team were great got my meal right and safe for me to eat.
The Restuarant is clean and atmosphere is very quiet amazingly.
Thanks Wendy’s for having an employee like Joy she is is a burst of Sunshine. Customer Service is her main priority.

Not sure what is going here but this use to be the best Wendy’s, super fast, great drive thru, clean etc! This place has gone to hell in a hand basket. They need new management ASAP, come machine broke, no tea, cars stack up in parking spots bc they can not make food fast enough. I am glad i got to eat and thankful for any food but restaurants need to be reviewed to address the issue so they can get back on track.

The morning crew on February 7 2026 approximately 9:40am. Extremely rude to me and another customer. I usually don’t leave reviews and when I have a bad experience every once in a while, I know that I shouldn’t take it personal and everybody’s going through something.

Came in about 10 pm no one on the counter, self ordering machine had signs that said out of order. Waited 20 minutes to order just for everything to be cold and old. Child go ahead and pass this place up it’s a joke and I hate our truckers have to deal with this nonsense. Get rid of the whole night shift crew ASAP!!!!

Worst experience of any Wendy’s. They make you park for food with no line. Forget half the food and start walking away. One employee walked passed us in the drive through with a joint in his mouth and the staff opened the door and started yelling for him while he smoked it behind the building. Its BAD bad. And they gave us the frostys in the drive through so we could sit and watch them melt before they brought out our cold fries.

Attempted the drive through on 12/28 at 12.25 am. The staff sounded high as a kite. Were giggling and couldn’t provide clear answers on menu availability. Left without getting food.

Rude, no customer service whatsoever in this establishment… I approached the counter to place my order and the lady working the drive through which I believe was also the on duty manager… she walked up to the register multiple times taking orders and making change for the Drive through with me standing there and never acknowledged my presence or informed me that someone would be with me shortly… then a couple more employees walked up to the counter clocked in or out… and didn’t even ask if anyone had been helped… 2 gentlemen was also in line with me at the time… after this went on for 5 to 10 minutes I left the establishment without ordering anything …

I put a negative review because this stores food is dry and bland they dont put any sauce on the food and they don’t give you any sauce and if you ask for sauce they charge you $0.50 per container. I thought Wendy’s gives at least the 1st pack free. I am not coming to this location again
