Please check your food , came home with chicken toaster and after the first bite it was raw pink chicken. Andrew the manager is very apologetic and will correct. Just hope it’s better than the 2nd yes this was a replacement meal because the first time a burger was in place of chicken toaster. Please check your orders

I ordered four Cheesy Baja Crispy Tender Wraps, and instead of the crispy tenders, I received hash browns, which is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to customer orders, giving the impression that staff are not taking their responsibilities seriously when handling customers’ food.

First off. I don’t understand why you even provided this type of Food to a customer cause you guys have eyes so you get to see what you’re giving. A customer and you thought that was OK to give to a customer. What if this was a older person. Mind you. I can’t believe you gave this to me and when I called to ask her a manager, I was talking to somebody else, and then that person got frustrated. And then I finally got on the phone with the manager couldn’t give me a refund because it was a third-party which is understandable. I will get my refund through dispute. No worries but I just think y’all need to watch your Food and check on it before you take it home. This is absolutely disgusting.

Jamie the supervisor helped me out today! I ordered my burger with no mayonnaise, the staff messed it up! But she fixed it right away no questions asked! More fast food places need managers like Jamie! Today 07/11/25 she made my day! Thank you for such amazing customer service! Oh and the food is fresh!! Too!

Terrible! Worker was distracted & put me on hold before being able to place order. I did NOT receive the apple juice DRINK for the kids meal and my husband chicken sandwich was old, overly toasted & HARD he couldn’t BITE into it. Disgusting!!!!pushed the button for assistance several times and they NEVER ANSWERED!!! After 10 minutes of waiting, we left because we were going to legoland. Such a disappointment and TERRIBLE customer service!

Warning! Had a breakfast sausage burrito here last week, it was the most disgusting, inedible food I’ve ever seen. I took one bite and immediately spit it out. Inside was a grey mass of egg and sausage covered in black grill scrapings. I can only guess how sick I might have been from eating it. If this was accidental, it’s just plain stupid. If it was deliberate, much worse. See the photos and ask yourself if you would want anything from their kitchen. Do NOT eat here!

Never done the pull up thing before at Sonic. Pulled up to the window, decided and pressed the button. Waited about 3 minutes and very quietly heard what sounded like someone talking. Didn’t help that the music was ten times louder than the speaker system.
After confirming, again quietly, that someone was there, I ordered a hotdog combo, an ice cream sundae, and a cinnamon bite special thing. The girl taking the order incorrectly brought each item on the screen which I then corrected as she continued to whisper her misunderstanding. From what I can tell, she was polite about it but for all I know she was actually cursing. Gluten free was clearly NOT an option but we risked the sundae and my celiac did not get sick.
Food came out after about ten minutes. I expected roller skates, gotta be honest, but it was walked out. Order was accurate, which is great. The chili cheese hotdog was delicious except that half then cheese and chili stuck to the wrapper. The fries were nice and warm. The sundae was sweet and tasty. The cinnamon bites were crap; barely cooked and not well cinnamon’ed – Paul Hollywood would have poked them with his sausage fingers and exclaimed ‘underbaked’!
All in all, an underwhelming experience though the people were friendly and trying their best under challenging circumstances.

If I could give a 0 I would we have been sitting here in the parking lot more than 30 min for 3 slushies. We had to call the store to be told one thing we ordered was no longer available to which I said and that couldn’t have been told to us 30 minutes ago. I’m sorry if you’re on the headset you should know what’s in your store it’s not the patrons responsibility to call and ask where their product is.

Every time I come to this location, they always out of something, poor service and might as well at this point not be open. I wouldn’t recommend this location. They served me a regular drink with a coffee lid because they were out of regular lids and the lid wasn’t even all the way on the cup, that’s poor service. I had to literally ask for sauce for my food and they wasn’t even gonna tell me they was out. I had to ask in order for them to tell me they was out, again poor service. If you plan to go to sonic, I recommend Auburndale location, this Winter Haven location has officially lost my business.
