Not bad and the price is right. Unfortunately for your average customer, this place can get really busy. The last time we stopped in there was a 55 minute wait. We ended up doing something else for dinner. But otherwise the staff is friendly and efficient and the pizza is consistently good, not the greatest I’ve ever had, but pretty good. Also the wings are terrific! Hits the spot!

Alright, we all know it’s bargain pizza; also, each store is different. With that in mind, the Little Caesars of King City is pretty bad.
It scores two stars, opposed to nothing, for it’s a means to an end to get cheap, convenient pizza. I score this location so low because it has gotten crappier over the years, and it’s only been around for what, just over ten years..?
First, their store hours are cut so short compared to other locations. They’re done at 8pm, not even 9pm. Most locations are open until 10pm, making this store less accessible.
Second, their customer service is pretty lackluster. Orders I have had over the phone and in person had exhibited passive aggression, disinterest, and plain, bad tone. Some of the staff lack self respect.
Third, their pizza portal hasn’t been serviced in such a long time, and there doesn’t seem to be enough interest to even have someone take a look at it. I asked a staff member about it and she spoke about had been out of operation, but she spoke about it so mystified. Aside from the annoyance of a useful, convenient, promoted, and new apparatus being totally unreliable, this also shows how poorly things are managed there.
Those are the big problems I have noticed with the place, as it has steadily declined over its short life. I haven’t totally written it off because it’s a means to end for cheaper, easier dinner, but I do pop over to the next town for better service from time to time. Hopefully, these reviews push to raise this store’s level of quality for the better.

You should take this with a grain of salt…
We only purchase the Hot n Ready pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. Anything else on the menu I am totally clueless. Good food, great service. Atmosphere? C’mon, this is Little Caesars, not to be confused with Caesars Palace in Vegas. So I guess the atmosphere is great as long as you are longing for clean counters, hot ovens and the smell of “fresh” pizza. Enjoy!

There’s so many reasons why they get bad reviews, such as the one you’re reading now. Let’s just go over the main reasons though, such as the fact that their store is always disgustingly dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in days, plus there’s always trash everywhere. I understand that customers contribute to that, but take 10 minutes to tidy up and it would help a lot. They might as well just disconnect their phone service, because you can call them 10 times, whether it be in a row or at different times, and you won’t get an answer whatsoever. Dont even bother trying to place an order over the phone, but it also makes their life harder cause then you go in to order and get a bad attitude/rude service. Honestly, why even work at a place where you know it’s going to have tons of business, and you just hate it so much to the point where you make it miserable for customers too? Not a good look on their company, but then again they could probably care less about the company either lol.

Ordered pizza at 8p. Prepaid. Went to pick it up and door was locked and no one in sight. Banged on door, got a glimpse of kids in the back. Attitude!! Finally someone came to locked door said they were out of supplies and closed. I said look over there, that’s my pizza, At first they denied and said it there was no name on it until They finally decided to look at the pizza and they said “oh yeah this is your pizza”. Won’t be my first choice of takeout again.
