I’m visiting from the U.S. and planned a trip to the UK, and this place came highly recommended by my best friend, who have excellent taste when it comes to food and overall experience. The food and drinks were top-notch. From the brisket and wings to the rubs and house lemonade, everything was outstanding. The side dishes and dessert were just as impressive. The meat tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Everything we ordered was delicious, and you can truly tell they care about the quality of their ingredients. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back again!

Came here after a Google search while visiting town with my wife. Customer service from Saud and Yousef was good and they were polite. My wife really enjoyed the chicken steak, especially the butter sauce. The Angus steak was good, but at £29.99 I’ve had better steaks around London, so it felt a bit pricey. Parking can be a bit of a mission. The place has ample seating, but it was only us there on a Tuesday evening around 8:30pm. Service was friendly, though attention to customers could be improved specially if they want 10% service charges out of my pocket, and the wait time was around 35 minutes. Overall, a fairly good experience and I’d visit again if I’m in town and craving a steak. This review is based only on the Angus steak and chicken breast.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable! We were served by lovely and pleasant staff – I think her name was Zulaikha/Zuleka (sorry) and she was very polite, friendly and kind. We ordered the wagyu beef brisket, the buffalo sauce chicken wings and couple of the burgers with tallow fries. The fiery mango and lemonade were top class as well! Will definitely be going here again – for the food and the wonderful service!

We visited Salt’s Smokehouse in Ealing to celebrate my son’s birthday — a place he chose after reading the glowing reviews. I wish the experience had matched the praise. Instead, it left us surprised not by excellence, but by how far the food fell from expectation, especially at this price point.
Our family of four ordered four different dishes to share, hoping to sample the best of what the restaurant offers. Unfortunately, each plate carried its own disappointment.
The burger was overwhelmingly salty, and the bun — soaked through with butter or grease — had the texture of an oiled sponge. The moment I picked it up, oil dripped onto the plate. The ribeye steak, usually a safe bet anywhere, was unexpectedly tough, lacking the tenderness and balance you’d expect from a smokehouse. Even the milkshake, which should at least charm with simple sweetness, was excessively sugary and surprisingly expensive.
Overall, the meal felt like style without substance — high prices paired with underwhelming execution. For a special family occasion, this was not the experience we hoped for. Salt’s Smokehouse may have loyal fans, but based on our visit, the value simply isn’t there.

Got this restaurant recommended from Instagram and it certainly didn’t disappoint. You can get tender and juicy brisket for a fair price, especially great for sharing.
I came here alone though, but I was able to get a taste of most of what this restaurant has to offer- their specialty barbecue and burgers. A simple menu, but packed with flavour, care, and good quality food; how can you go wrong with that?

Absolutely loved our visit to Salt’s Smokehouse. The short ribs and mac & cheese were top-notch honestly, one bite of the short ribs and I was over the moon. Perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and incredibly satisfying. We also tried the steak and chips, which were just as impressive and very filling.
Drinks-wise, the piña colada and ginger ale were spot on and complemented the meal perfectly. What really stood out was the portion sizes — more than generous — and the prices, which were surprisingly affordable considering the quality of the meat.
There was so much on the menu that we’ll definitely be working our way around it, as everything looked tempting. The staff were friendly to say the least, warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout.
Overall, amazing food, great value for money, and a brilliant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We ordered beef brisket, angus steak, wings and ribs. The service was really nice, the food came out quite quickly, but unfortunately for us we did not enjoy the food. The food lacked seasoning and flavour, the steaks were not really cooked to how we wanted it (m rare). Portion size was very good.

We had heard a lot about Salt’s Smokehouse and it did not disappoint. The staff were very kind, cheerful and helpful, and had some great recommendations. We ordered the Premium platter (brisket, lamb, short rib, chicken wings [peanut butter and jelly, miso butter, Carolina mustard], garlic bread, mac and cheese, salad, coleslaw, honey garlic sauce, bbq sauce), brisket burger and original smash burger. All were yum, but the brisket was especially a standout, with melt-in-your-mouth, tender, juicy meat. The brisket burger was super flavourful and delicious as well. As we were celebrating a birthday, they were kind enough to bring us a chocolate and a lemon cheesecake on the house!

Well what can I say. I was in the area and searched up best reviewed restaurants and this stood out to me. Went in and made my order and within 5mins my food was ready and it looked amazing. The taste was not thing short of mesmerising. The beef rib was so succulent and the pulled brisket burger was heavenly. I fully recommend attending this barbecue restaurant. I mean just look at my pics and vids. Also many thanks to all the staff they were very helpful. 10/10 need i say more
