I was having trouble loading a special code they were advertising, I called the restaurant, the manager, Micky, told us come in and she’d help us. She was great! She came outside to our car and went through the order process on my phone, was so friendly! Then to top it off she brought us two free soft drinks to drink while we waited for our order. That was so nice! Great manager!!!

One thing of note is the TP dispenser in a toilet stall sticks out as far as the edge of the stool. It’s practically in your lap as you sit. Reaching the paper is awkward. Not the fault of the crew working today.

My drink was too sweet and it was passion fruit lemonade!!! Food was nice and hot just how we like it only issue is I asked for no seasoning on fries just because I got high blood pressure and I can’t handle heavy seasoning , it still was seasoning on them !! I still gave a tip, our waitress did a great job providing service !!!!

Upon arrival, we were promptly seated. The service provided by our waiter was exceptionally attentive, and our food was delivered in a timely manner. The meal itself was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience.

usually i come here for special occasions like birthdays, holidays etc. every waitress is honestly super welcoming, out going and kind. the atmosphere of the place is pretty cool too, it’s clean and i like the dim lights. food is nice also, i really like the chicken alfredo. 🙂

I would give less but can’t! EVERYTIME WE GO THERE BUSY OR NOT OUR ORDER GETS MESSED UP!! DO NOT GO HERE GO TO ANKENY! Bring 3/4 plates get 4th 10 minutes later. And a handful of fries. Then manager comes back and says “wanted to let u know i comped that”. LOL WHATEVER! WHY BRING ME MY FOOD 10 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT ALL MY FOOD SUCK AN EGG ALTOONA APPLEBEES!
