I ordered a basic cheese and some honey chipotle wings. I waited 45 minutes for my food to start. Upon delivery, the driver gave me the wrong food. i handed it back to him and he said he would be back with fresh food. after another 30 minute wait he came back and gave me my food. I open the box and saw 2 pieces of pizza missing and about half the wings gone. whoever he gave my order to ate my food then the driver decided to give my food someone has already ate. I called the store and after sitting on hold for 5 minutes the manager said theyre gunna send a fresh order out to me. didnt offer a refund or anything to compensate for waiting almost 2 hours for a simple cheese pizza and boneless wings and receiving food someone already ate. I used to vouch for the Papa everytime. it was my favorite out of the big 3 pizza chains but after this fiasco never again. Im taking my loyalty to dominos. dont waste your time and money at this store.

Ordered delivery. I have not ate Papa Johns in a few years and from what I recieved I will not eat it EVER again. Everything was soo bland. The pizza absolutely flavorless and had a weird after taste. The boneless “wings” were chicken nuggets and the texture was rubbery. We also ordered cheese sticks I guess they were decent once you dipped them in garlic and marinara. Our dinner was very disappointing and I pray we dont get sick just because of the funny after taste. Not too mention the driver sat it on the porch I didnt even get to give a tip but I guess it wasnt meant. I remember papa johns being the best pizza im not sure what happened but never again!

im a papa johns fiend. firm believer that no one does it like papa. im pregnant and I was CRAVING my favorite Hawaiian pizza hand crafted by papa himself. I NEEEEEEDDED it, and I got it and it was great. genuinely everything me and my unborn baby were desiring. (important to add here that I recently moved across town and this is my first time using this location… anyways back to the plot) the pizza was truly great im having a slice and the light caught it just right, usually it would be a sight to see, however, this time…. it wasn’t. there was a long straight black hair embedded deep in the golden cheese. Im a ginger. my hair is far from black because of this and the fact that said hair was damn near down to the sauce, baked in to the pie, all the evidence is pointing directly at one of papa’s employees. disgusting. now im here dry heaving, nauseous, unsatisfied, hungry, heart broken, and I can never trust my beloved again. truly I have never been so disappointed in my life.

First time ever having PaPa Johns usually a PH type of person but that is no longer. Everybody wings taste fatty except for PaPa Johns and they were cooked extra as requested A++ on top of driver being so sweet she was a doll thank you all so much for your service.

I ordered a papadia- which I “built my own” with Alfredo sauce, chicken, spinach and tomato and it was the Parmesan crusted version- very delicious and perfectly cooked.
I also ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza, which was cooked perfectly and I was pleased with the amount and arrangement of toppings.
I ordered online from the parking lot, stopped by public to grab a couple things and by the time I was done at the supermarket my pizza was ready! Very timely and convenient- thanks 🙂

I was a regular customer until today, when 2 unsealed boxes came in. One had cinnamon pull apart already pulled and the other had a messed with chicken alfredo Papa bowl. I called the store before posting, asking for help, and if I can send them the pictures. When I was told no, I posted here.

The girl behind the counter was very friendly and quick to make the food. The food was very delicious. I will definitely be coming again but put some chairs in the lobby for a pregnant woman to sit down while she waits.

Location is convenient from my house is why I go to this Papa John’s. I usually do a pick up for that reason. Every time I go in, I either dont get greeted or I look like I am bothering them. My most recent interaction, the guy was finishing his conversation before acknowledging me. The employees lack customer service for doing a quick grab and go. A “Hi, how can I help you”, is all it takes. Food quality is usually good. Never had a problem with my orders except they seem like the size has gotten smaller over the years. Overall, it’s just the customer service.

They have to many kids working im very particular about my food. My pizza is dry I asked for extra sauce I think they gave me no sauce . I asked for extra cheese and that’s burnt. This is the 3rd time I’ve been very disappointed by this restaurant and I order here once a week

Service is always great. The guy that helped me was quick to help change the phone number so my wife could get the rewards for her app. I used to work at a pizza place years ago and would never again because how people treat you. Thank you to the staff for your hard work and friendly service.
