If i could leave 0 stars i would i went through the drive thru today approximately 515 PM asked the girl for honey she gives me honey mustard and when she came back I told her Im sorry i wanted the sweet honey and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window when she came back I told her sorry of i upset her but with her job position it is rude to roll her eyes and guess what she laighed rolled them again slammed the window even harder. The employees can’t do their job correctly. No matter how many times I go back. They always forget something in the order. Management should do better. Hire better people that can actually execute simple orders on a day to day basis. Don’t go here. You’ll constantly have issues with placing orders.

This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen/been to. Get to the box, give my number order 2 combo meals, get to the window the dude can’t find my order starts to take my order again then finds my original order. Pay get to the second window they only have one of my meals and the drink for the second one(coffee, didn’t ask for sugar or creamer in it, was). Told me that I then had to pay for the second meal. I told them that I ordered 2 meals paid nearly 12$, I don’t mind paying for something but I mean come on. There were like 6 ladies trying to figure what was going on. Never going back!

I ordered though the drive though because I have a torn ligament. The manager was rude when I said I’m checking my order I’m missing something. She said no it’s alk there. NOPE! I had to get down because I didn’t get my quarter pound sides… and said it was in tne burger. Funny she said that it was not in the burger either! .. missy I asked for a side and you charged me almost 3 bucks each! When she called back she asked for meat. I told her it’s the quarter lb …I’ve ordered the quarter pound patty multiple times and this was not it!!
Manager still not listening she proceeded to ignore me like before even after i asked if its correct. I can’t eat certain foods and this is what i get and paid full service… when I get back to the truck it’s a hamburger patty. So I paid for what I didn’t get now I have to stop at another McDonald’s and pay again. I understand people don’t wanna work then dont.. leave the attitude at home or don’t go in. Managers are being g made managers because they are short staff. To be honest it’s better to be short staffed than deal with attitude. Ive worked in the food industry and i was never like that. You need new managment at this store. Next time I’ll have to drive to the one by the hospital they actually listen and care..

I’m not sure why I continue to come here after several messed up order. I ordered a spicy McChicken Friday…the only thing I ate that day few hours later I started feeling Nauseous. Next thing you know I have full blown food poisoning
